Fitness Nation - Cebu

I've been going to multiple gyms around Cebu City and so far this has been the best one yet! Super clean and convenient to shops. The best part on it for me is how they maintain their equipments, other gyms love to brag about this and that but when you hop on to their equipments it's supper old and a lot of wear and torn down broken stuff! With this gym however, everything is up to date and we'll maintained and clean with staffs that are friendly and accomodating. It has been my 1st month and so far loving it!

Just looking through pictures of gyms in Cebu in relation to condo's I am thinking of buying. As an arm wrestler, I need specific things minimum

I visit Cebu every few months and I always come in and get a week or two membership or however long it is my stay will be.

The staff rocks. Very cool and helpful. The reception women are a great "face" for the gym as well. They even remember my name when I come in (hard to forget me since I am the only black American at the gym).

It is hot there so be prepared to sweat a lot. The AC seems to be there for looks more than for use but that is just a small nit overall.

Keep up the good work, staff. I never imagined I could find a gym that I like so much here in Cebu.

Best gym in Cebu, good staff except for some unprofessional coach who likes to talk about other clients in the gym, not helpful if you are first timer because they want you to avail their coaching service. I got anxiety by just thinking about going there. Should change your coaches

This is one of the most well-equipped and spacious gyms that I've been to. The staff is friendly and the coaches are very competent. It also has a healthy and supportive community that has aided me in my fitness journey.

Tried few gyms while in cebu city, fitness nation was by far the most spacious and locker room has everything you need.
Employees are very respectful and cordial, very pleasant !
As a foreigner, only thing is it could use a bit more a/c; but ended up getting used to it and enjoying a good sweat.
Electricity like onions are expensive these days hahaha

Viewpoint of an experienced gym owner: 3 most important features of a successful gym. 1) Friendly Staff 2) Equipment Maintenance 3) Facility Cleanliness. This gym gets 5 Stars from me in these areas. I can’t assess training department because I haven’t used a trainer. This gym is an example of “You get what you pay for”.

Probably Cebu best gym to date. It offers clean and tidy premises. The bathrooms and locker rooms are all in Tip-Top shape. The gym is equally as good well-lighted air-conditioned and complete.

I have been to some other gyms like Fitness first, Golds, Holiday, Metro and Cosco. This by far is the best. Equipment is new and well maintained. Place is clean, even the locker room. Lots of parking and its got a lot of group classes going on. Only thing missing is a swim/lap pool, but thats a nitpick.

Great gym, staff and owners were really friendly. We were only in town for a few days and they were able to offer a discount for multiple days. We were very impressed with the gym. Plenty of modern equipment, rowers, elipticals, tread mills, and weight machines. Also lots of free weights, squat racks, smith machines, boxing and TRX area. They supply towels, have water fountains a heap of supplements and even a smoothie bar for after your workout. Oh they also offer classes like yoga, spin etc. It was a bit of a cab ride from our hotel but definitely worth the effort. The gym is nice and we'll maintained. All the equipment are branded. Shower rooms available. Health bar available. The owners are hands on and very friendly. Gym membership is worth it.

Fitness Nation is a gym that offers very personalized fitness program. A coach is always available to help you create a customized program for you. They have internationally certified instructors who can suggest and offer a regimen whether you are a business owner, a professional, an athlete, and or simply recovering from health challenges.

Best gym I’ve gone to so far. Trainers are very knowledgable and very professional. The reception and staff are friendly. Gym equipments are not obsolete.

Staff is very easy to talk to. The Personal Trainers are set in helping you reach your fitness and the place is really clean
