I trail Convenience Store

Very bad we ordered batchoy and took over 40mins we already paid it and we didn't bother waiting anymore since were in hurry.
We followed up couple of times but they most likely forgot our order despite reminding them 2 times. The girl on counter is also not very polite despite having our order late almost an hour. They really should Improve their service

Very bad customer service! Ordered a 5 minute meal and it took an hour for them to finish.. This is not my first time ordering.. I've been buying from them for a year already (cos there's no other "karenderia" near our place) and even since then they have bad service.. All the staffs are lazy.. Mostly talking or using their phones! Their batchoy also tastes bad. Their meals are overpriced! Do not order any meals from them!
