Ayala Malls South Park

This mall is for introverts like me, and i love it. Less people, spacious, very serene and the AC is outstanding.

Great place.
I know it somewhat not filled with shops due to its location a little far off on the drop point and too near but yet so far kindda location.

Lots of good parking slot. But for day-to-day buying, i still recommend this place. Well maintained.

And some muntinlupa government offices is located here for quick access

It's like a one-stop shop govt services. I had my PRC ID renewal, police clearance and PSA here, favorable to working employees.

Spacious mall, even not as big compared to Festival Supermall.

Food court at the basement is now limited to Pepper Lunch because of pandemic.

Government offices are open, with PSA is the most crowded office during working hours.

Supermarket is located at the basement in case of availability.

Fast food is available at the Ground Floor. Choose between Jollibee, Samgyupsalamat, and Bon Chon, and Mercury Drug is nearby, but you must go to the main entrance instead.

P30 covered Parking is open for 4th and 5th Floor only.

Small chinese offices and POGO Pantry (exclusively for both Chinese and Filipino employees are found at the 4th floor.

Chinese convenience store such as Ranch 99 Store is found at the 4th Floor.

GCash Kiosk is located at the supermarket in case of cash-in only.

Cinemas remained closed as of July 14, 2021.

Ground Floor cureently remains as Covid19 Vaccination site.

Bill Payment kiosks are available at the 4th Floor entrance from the parking and food court.

ATM is available at the basement near BIR RDO 53B and the main mall entrance beside Mercury Drug.

Core Pacific Forex, LBC, and Western Union are located in the basement, near BIR-RDO 53B in case of money exchange, remittance, and courier service.

Mall is mostly empty in terms of establishments but has a lot of government offices like NBI, National ID, BIR, NSO there is also CCF here. Aside from that for restaurants there are Jollibee, Andoks, Bon Chon in the mall and very convenient to locate. There are also Shuttle bus around the Mall, parking is covered and is in the 4th floor of the building.

Muntinlupa really made it easier for it's residents to accomplish their govt documentation needs, This mall (ayalamall) / Government Center is a one stop shop for everything you'll need legal documentation wise! Kudos to muntinlupa's mayor for coming up with this idea, from PSA, NBI, PRC, PNP, LTO, Comelec up to civil registry docs you'll find it here.

For PSA appointment. Make sure you use the escalator, otherwise, you will have to use the stairs like I did.

Ayala south park have government offices like BIR, PSA OFFICE and a lot more that's why you will see a lot of people falling in lone outside and inside the building because they are getting some requirements done with those government offices. You can also buy a medicine at the mercury drug and buy some essentials at ROBINSON'S SUPERMARKET its cheaper than the other supermarket out there and a lot of promo actually they always have promo everyday and I strongly recommend for you to get or sign up to their Robinson's reward because when you shop some points will be added on the Robinson's reward app or card. 1 Points is equivalent to 1peso.

Its too much people to get some their papers,and some guards assist you if you are PWD or pregnant.

Accessible to almost all government related offices 😅

I gave 5 stars because the place itself is not so crowded as well as there are many Govt offices here. But in terms of establishments there are only you can choose from

South Park Center by Ayala is located in Alabang Muntinlupa City. Whats inside is They have a Fastfood inside like Jollibee,Coffee bean, Bonchon. They have also a Physis, NBI, BIR, PSA, COMELEC. They have also a PNB. They have also Robinson Groceries Store, and other small dress and shoes store and accessories. They have also a Athlet Shop. They have also an space for the Event Place. And the ouside they an ATM Machine like BDO, LANDBANK, SECURITY BANK, PNB. And they have also some booth in diff store like MilkTea and others .

Besides South Park Center they have a Condominium and BPO . The parking lot is easy.
