Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Church

Personally, it’s really a solemn place to rejuvenate yourself spiritually. We prayed and lighted candles as our tradition every time we visit churches. It’s wheelchair friendly around except if you go to see Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, you’ll need someone to help you get upstairs but lucky for us there were friendly men to help us.

This Church is very solemn, one of my faves! It’s very clean and well maintained. The priest officiating masses here are also very good and non-political.

This is a very beautiful and wonderful place despite the Vatican's pronouncement about the apparition. Even if the apparition is true or not, what is more important is the faith of the people to the Blessed Virgin Mary. This is a very cozy place to pray and to reflect.

There is a big parking lot provided for all the mass goers especially on Saturdays.

There is also a good souvenir religious shop near the monastery for good items. There are good books there.

In the upper deck of the shop, we can find the viewing deck in which they believe that the apparition took place. It is a very wonderful place to be.

Despite the heavy traffic and the noisy streets of lipa, serenity could be found in these place.

It's always a relaxing place to pray and meditate.

You get an added bonus if you get to talk to the Carmelite nuns who are so open and willing to share their time and prayers.

Another good place of worship located in the midst of Lipa City. This is the place where showers of roses petals first happened. Though it was not officially acknowledged by the Vatican, still lots of devotees flock to this church.

Known for it's miraculous rose petal shower from the sky and apparitions of the virgin mary, Mount Carmel is only one of the most sacred church in the Philippines. The landscape of the place is very beautiful.

Having a great experience with our stay in Batangas. One of the most historical church I've ever visited. Great for meditation and boosting your faith.

Very peaceful in here.One of my fave church to hear mass and reflect.This is also one of the places we go whenever we have balikbayan friends or guests from other provinces.Lipa Grill is just across the street which we also frequent.

It is solemn church. Very clean and white. Cold temperature. Huge parking space. Anytime is a great time to pray here.

If you're looking for an alternative church close to Lipa's center, this one's a good choice. Located along the main road.

A quiet place where one can pray in peace and solitude.

As usual for me it was a very solemn and holy place to worship and communicate with Mama Mary and God.

My fave worship place. I always make it a point to go here whenever possible.

Beautiful and serene. A great place for any serious Marian devotee to pray and meditate. This was the venue of the post war miracle of Raining Rose Petal which up to now is shrouded in mystery and controversy. Also there are Lipenos who swear of witnessing the Dancing Sun in the area also. Thus the stream of devotees who come and visit the church.
The main chruch is a beautiful edifice with a separate Marian altar to the right. Devotee adorn a bigger Marian (Our Lady of Mt. Carmel) statue that graces the convent yard. You can access this by going up a flight of stairs into a solemn prayer hall looking down at the beautiful statue.
The place is clean and well maintained with public CR and ample if not huge parking space. A souvenir shop is available for religious articles to bring home

Visit this church when you're in Lipa City. A very solemn place.

This is the church of the Carmelite Sisters in Lipa City. It has wide open spaces and situated far enough from the road so it’s quiet inside. Very nice place to meditate in silence.
