The hot caramel Michiato was great. I absolutely loved it!

My expectations were met. Batangas REALLY has the best coffee! This is the last stopover in Batangas before exiting to SLEX so enjoy the coffee of Cafe de Lipa while gasing up. :)

Great ambience and very cozy! Aside from the coffee, their champorado is also really good. The serving is big and instead of tuyo, it's served with dilis.

Nice place with great tasting coffee and choco drinks. Tables have charging ports which is good for those who plan to stay for a while. Only issue is that the sun directly faces the main door during cloudless afternoons (too bright on some seats). Would recommend to install some blinds. Hospitable crew and staff. :)

If you are a coffee lover, Cafe de Lipa is heaven on earth! The aroma of coffee is divine in this place. It's a good place to meet friends, do some work, talk privately or hold meetings. Price is relatively cheaper than its foreign counterparts. Plus, it has an air conditioned smoking area that's equipped with smoke eaters. The best coffee shop in Lipa City. Elegant yet homey and relaxed-feel. They offer authentic Kapeng Barako (Liberica Coffee). Staff are very accommodating.
