Very good and comfy room,hot water.
In spite of being on a crowded road downtown,very silent too.
The only turn-off could be that there is no elevator to reach the floors,but nothing major if one doesnt mind.
Ms.Miu at the reception is lovely.

Nice place to stay. The room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and attentive on my needs. The location is in the heart of the city so it's so easy to stroll on the nearby restaurants. Transportation is also accessible on the nearby street.

I like Meaco Hotel in Lipa because the place is affordable. You get a great deal for your money. The room is spacious and nice and the furniture is beautiful. Wifi connection is good and all the staff are helpful. The room I got was good for four people and it only costs P1,200 (around $24). And that room is really clean and nice.

It was an excellent stay for me since it was my first time stayed there and the staff are very friendly and accommodating and during my stay there I felt safe and probably going back there soon and choose meaco royal hotel again.. The place is clean and nice and very friendly ☺ Thank you ✅💯

Friendly staff and located in the city proper... but the problem is there is no elevator going to the room. Third Floor.

This is a good place to stay... The room is nice. Has a big bathroom.

Отличные номера, чисто, все новое...белье чистое и мягкий матрас и подушки. цена умеренная, за 12 часов 900 песо. За 24- 1100. Есть вода в кулере горячая и холодная. Лифта нет. Находится очень удобно, на центральной улице рядом с рынком.
