A charming place with amazing baked products and wonderful staff.

The last time I was here was in 2021, and this place never failed to awe me everytime my friends and I dined here since SM Aura opened way back.

My house guest, who used to be a European diplomat assigned by their Foreign Office to the Middle East, said that Paul was also very popular there, and he was thrilled to find out that the Philippines also has his favorite boulangerie et patisserie.

To gloss over how delicious the food at Paul is would yet be another exercise in redundancy. The food is simply spectacular.

The staff at Paul SM Aura are very accommodating, polite yet friendly and easy to speak with, and quite charming.

I savored their complimentary bread with salted creamy butter and relished the Fried Bangus with Garlic Rice. The bangus was perfectly seasoned, featuring a crispy exterior and a moist, juicy interior. The wait for the dish might be attributed to them frying it fresh upon order, rather than being pre-fried.

2 meals+2 drinks=1300PHP
We chose a beef salad, a seafood risotto, an orange juice and a green apple juice.
The tastes are good but a bit salty for the risotto.
Besides, the celery flavor is too strong to cover the green apple flavor, unexpected.

I don't know if I'm the only person who wants to come here because of the free bread! Haha
I can't help it.. they will serve the bread fresh with the salted butter!
But of course their food was so good. Especially the DESERT! Omg. We love it so much..

I was just looking for a cafe where to surprise my mom I haven‘t seen her for two years and was planning to surprise her on her birthday so Paul was like a perfect choice at SM Aura during that time. The staffs were so kind enough to help me they even gathered together to surprise her which was so extra of them. Appreciated!!! The foods were good I ordered Corned beef. The seafood pasta was also delicious! However, according to my mom and sisters that the Pizza Bread was too bland for their taste. Hehe

Paul Boulangerie at SM Aura is one of my favorite cafe, wonderful ambiance, food is prepared delicately at par level internationally. My favorite is Salmon Tartines w capers. Seafood pasta & for my husband, he enjoyed the local dish of bangus. The bangus is prepared not greasy topped w black & green olives, a subtle way to enhance with vinegary flavor. The Smoked Salmon melts on my tongue like I was eating sashimi. Pastry w cafe is ourstanding. My favorite is apricot anglaise, the sweetness is just right for my picky palate.

One of our favorite place for breakfast. Nice ambience, friendly service, delicious food. Highly recommend their pastry. One of the best in town.

This is a beautiful place to go for European/Western food. They have nice pastries and homemade bread and the hot chocolate was delicious.

Great food but even better sweets. Dont eat here if you are on a diet....friendly staff and even better service. Paul's is definitely a must try.

Enjoyed the pasta dish with nice iced lemon tea. The service was topnotch. Love that the service crew were unobtrusive.

This was not my first visit and I had my kids the first time we were there and they loved the tea and macarons.

Strawberry eclair is the my favorite. Everything was good!

Truly loved the place. Desserts are top notch and Blueberry tart is must try..
They should keep on maintaining the quality and always and keep this place classy.

delicious patisserie, nice pasta and phenomenal desserts

I frequent Paul whenever I'm in SM Aura. Months ago, I was served by a rude server and back then, I said I will never go back. Last Saturday, March 25th, I said oh well, lets give them another chance. I went twice here last March 25th, once for breakfast and the second, during tea time with my pregnant friend. Breakfast was amazing and food was great, my only feedback was the bread that came with my Caesar salad was too hard to bite other than that, it was great. The highlight of this review, would go to our server Sir Tyrone, who was outstanding during my visit in the afternoon. My pregnant friend and I, bought many things and not only did they assisted us, they made sure that both of us were comfortable. The pastries and the drinks were amazing, and the attention and service provided by Tyrone was outstanding. To the service team of PAUL SM Aura last March 25th 2023, thank you for your amazing service! It definitely brought back my trust and appreciation for Paul Boulangerie. All of you deserves a commendation. Thank you!

3. Upscale dining at Paul here is so different from Paul in train stations or museum cafes in France
