Thank you VIP The Fort for your excellent service in helping me with my UK born labrador's paperwork back to UK! I would like to specifically mention Mr. Allan Cantos for his guidance and his patience to answer all my queries. My dog and I are now back in the UK and would definitely use VIP The Fort again. High recommended for pet's owner, it's clean place and workers there are nice. The best is when we went there to have check up for our cat they let us go in without appointment when they know it's emergency. Thank you Vet's In Practice The Fort 🙏

My daughter's cat Nacho had a another vaccine shot earlier today.. thanks to Doc Princess and Vet-nurse Claire.. Nacho had a pleasant visit.. a year ago in 2019

We transferred our dog here because she's having difficulty in breathing and thank God they assisted us immediately but unfortunately the doctor said that our dog don't have a chance to get better 🥲 so we decided to take her home and spend her hours with us and she died on that night 😥

I'm still thankful to all the doctors who assisted us our princess right away.

They have good doctors, accommodating guards and staff. Their services are efficient, Thank you to Vets in Practice!

We have profited the service for more than 2 years now. They have dedicated doctors like Drs Jay, Nielsen, etc. And though venue is quite tight in space but the service are excellent. You feel confident your fur babies will be taken care of.

For their 24/7 pet ER: Our cat was choking. We rushed immediately and they took her in and immediately tried to revive her (she was unconscious in the car ride). Unfortunately, she did not respond to resuscitation and was declared dead... I really appreciate, though, that they immediately got to work and didn't delay by asking us to pay first. It was a small grace in the middle of a terrible terrible tragedy. They gave us time to grieve the loss in a private room used for consultations. Then, when we were ready, discussed our options. I really appreciate the flexibility and warmth. We weren't charged for the resuscitation (I guess, because she didn't need much, but this is likely different for animals who need more extensive life-saving attempts like surgery). I highly recommend everyone to have a credit card or pet insurance during accidents. Even though she passed away, it's good to know there is a 24/7 pet ER. The helplessness we felt is something I won't forget and I think I would have gone crazy if there was no ER available.

We were lucky to have found this vet clinic/hospital when my beloved pet was hit by a car it was almost 11PM. I felt their care and willingness to revive my baby. They tried their best, with all their staff from their security, the help and their concern was heartfelt. I lost my baby, but they were there to comfort and help us. I would recommend this clinic/hospital for all the fur parents out there, as their doctors and staff will show you how they care for your fur babies.

Very accomodating staff (receptionist, guards, handlers, veterinary doctors, etc). The photos taken were during the MECQ period. Clean and spacious facility 😀😀

A special place for our pets. Vets are straight forward yet compassionate to our furry friends. Its always full so be sure to make an appointment. The clinic is well equipped and staffed with a good number of attentive personnel. Its not cheap but we feel they are very attentive and thorough. The area is always being wiped down and clean. The BGC clinic is by a pay parking facility making it convenient.

No doubt the best vet clinic in the country. They have great doctors/surgeons (especially Dr. Jay), accommodating staff, and complete equipments that make the diagnostics faster. The rates are also very reasonable given the location and the vets’ skills.

We went to V.I.P to get 2nd opnion for what we thought was a hopeless case. But the senior vet and his team of vets were able to diagnose correctly and now my furbaby is so much better. Pricey but worth it.

I had issues making appointments here and I also didn’t like the wait times when we get to the clinic. But my recent experience was good. I used Viber to book my appointment and it was a breeze. So I suggest everyone else do so too. Don’t call the cellphone numbers provided, no use. As for the wait times, it was not bad at all. I actually was late, for quite some time.. due to traffic and my earlier appointments being significantly pushed back due to other reasons(Karding definitely made things much worse). Doc Nielson was still able to see my cats. Really happy actually cuz it was the only thing that went right that day. Or else it would have been such a stressful day for me.

Customer Service is great! Doctors and assistants are all very caring of the pets. I love this place. All my 4 cats get regular checkup and grooming here.

Very good service. From the reception, groomers, and the doctor. They understand what needs to be prioritized.

In terms of the consultation, as our beloved Ginger (3 yr old dachshund) was a suspected IVDD case, Dr. Jay guided us on how we reached this point, surprisingly didn't just tell us that they will do surgery.

He gave us an open book, regards on what would be the chances if we push thru on surgery and even guided us on proper care & management as our baby Ginger really needs TLC.

Love VIP - Vets in Pratice Mckinley Hill. They have always cared for Oscar- our now 13 yr old Pekingese and the staff and Vets are first class. Super caring, safe and hygienic place. We really love VIP at Mckinley Hills!

Best Vets in the Philippines. Dr Donato is World Class. His whole operation is very professional. Prices are not cheap by Philippines standards... But very low compared to US or EU. If you want the best for your pet this is the place to go.
