A good place to play basketball and badminton. Open for military dependents and civilians as well. There are enough shower stalls which are separated from the comfort room. If you want to grab something to eat, there's a cafeteria located on the mezzanine. 👍

I went here with some friends from work to practice Muay Thai. Entrance fee is 70Php per head. Besides the combat area with the punching bags, and boxing gym, they also had a basketball court, badminton court, and spaces for other sports that I wasn't expecting. They have an acceptable shower room. True athletes can be found at this gym, and I was lucky enough to see true warriors training during my time in this gym.

Very underrated Gym. No one bugs you, everyone that goes there is there to workout or play in the gymnasium. I hesitate to give it a 5 star because I want to keep it my own little secret.

This is a small free weight gym but that's enough to hit all body parts if you know what you are doing. I just wish they would add some drop pads for weightlifting.
