This Starbucks branch never failed to offer the distinct service and charm expected of a Starbucks Cafe. Ambiance is very cozy and relaxing. Staff have very good customer service. They are very respectful. Brew is also great.

It also has dedicated parking slot for customers.

Very very friendly staff, clean, modern look, easy to access and a great place to relax with your caffeine.

I really love hanging out in Starbucks. I love their food and drinks, the No limit stay, quiet and very welcoming staff. Seeing students spending time on laptop working on academic requirements is a proof how customer friendly this establishment is.

Starbucks in Iloilo town proper. Approachable staff and has a very clean toilet.

I enjoyed chilling here, I thought it was going to be noisy but it's not. Haven't tried the other cakes yet so I'll come back soon.

Cozy place. Nice ambiance. However, there are limited space inside the cafe. Accommodating staffs. If there's just more space inside this store it would be great. Overall experience, above average. Food - expensive hehe.. I'll be back for more cold brew.. :)

Hands down, my most favorite Starbucks in Iloilo City! Everyone's warm without being nosy and it's nor as packed as the one in SM Mandurriao or at Festive Mall. Also, the parking for motorcycles and bicycles is just outside, so it's easy to be in and out quickly.

Very nice place to relax and use internet while sipping coffee. Staff very courteous. I usually get oatmeal for breakfast, but unlike in the U.S., their oatmeal doesn't come with nuts, only dried fruits. I wish they had nuts for oatmeal.

My go to place for coffee and sanity! 😂😍 I love the new rewards program. I love how the barista recognizes me even with my face mask on and asks if I'll go for my usual order.

They have to get to know you!!! Be patient. But No Wi-Fi ?!? It’s 2019 and your mom and pop competitors have routers so I suggest stop suggesting your customers to steal their signal and get your own. Go upstairs and get Globe lol and enjoy a good cup of Starbucks coffee.

My go-to branch since it's less crowded than its other stores in Iloilo. Baristas are friendly as they are trained to be so. 😊
