Greek Embassy

We arrived there as early as 7am , the office will be open by 9:30am
The security and police officer guide us and call out our names to proceed at 7th floor. Good staffs and willing to assist you,
Wait outside until they call out your name
First you need ID to present in security guard so they can give you a visitor id.
-Then proceed to 7th floor using elevator
-Enter the greek consulate office
-You need to log your name and the time you arrived and signature
-wait till they call your name
-they gonna check the documents that they asked for you to bring
(Make sure you already have application form before you arrive and you already filled it out)
- when documents are complete they gonna ask you to pay visa fee ,in front of their building ,they gonna give you account number to transfer the payment, bdo staffs will guide you as well (dont forget the reciept)
- go back inside the greek embassy to present the reciept and wait to call out your name for picture taking and biometric if needed
- you need to log out write the time you finish
- wait till they call your name for interview
- when you passed the interview they will give you a date when you can get your Visa.
(Your documents will remain there as they processing it)

All employees are very accommodating especially the kind lady interviewer that wears a sweet smile. Processing was very smooth and they assist every applicant perfectly..

The Embassy is in a good location, traffic is low and it is easy to find parking along the street...!!

The Consul (Ms. Varvara) is so pleasant and kind! She even congratulated us and hugged us after the interview. I am so pleased that the interview, although it took an hour, went well. However, the filipinos who are pre-screening the documents of the applicants, should be more vigilant in examining the documents. They missed out a very vital document that was needed to be seen by Consul Varvara. Thank God she saw it! It meant a solid approval for us.
We were scheduled at 11 am. We came out of the embassy at around 2 pm. 😊

I would like to say thank you to ms Varvarra , mr Dimopolous and all the team of Greek Embassy in Makati. They did a great job and prompt services . Me and my husband visited from the day we obtained capacity and till the visa process.
Ms Varvarra and Mr Dimopolous guided us the process from the beginning till my visa granted in just in short time.

I will go today with my Greek boyfriend to take his legal capacity because in few days he will be my husband amd we married here in Philipines.. The stuff there was just amazing and so kindly! They help us so fast and Ms Varvara she talk a lot with my greek husband she explain him everything and what we do exactly.. Η καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση που είχα μέχρι τώρα σε πρεσβεία. Ευγένεια, ταχύτητα, εξυπηρέτηση 10 σε όλα. Όλοι εκεί προσπαθούν να σε εξυπηρετήσουν Έλληνες και μη, ακόμη και αν υπάρχει πολύ δουλειά. Δεν περίμενα ποτέ ότι θα υπήρχε τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση.
