Conveniently located at the dela rosa pedestrian walkway. It's not a big branch of Mercury Drug but they have good inventories of medicine which I need in several occasions that I went here. They also have some grocery items/snacks available in this branch.

The price of their commodities are relatively cheaper compare to other store near this area

Good location as its easily accessible. However this is a small branch so it can get crowded inside. Service is ok

The store opens only from 7am to 10pm everyday. I went here at 11pm since google told me that it is open 24hrs. It's really frustrating.

Not open 24 hrs

I'd get thrown out of the store. The bodyguard said - photos are not allowed. I don't get it. I do positive publicity for this store. Does Mercury's have anything to hide??? This is where the management should make some corrections. Right????? My conclusion. I will avoid Mercury's.

I bought a cough medicine and they gave me a soft gel capsule. When I informed the pharmacy assistant that I cannot consume it since I'm not eating pork or any pork products, they mocked me. The pharmacy staff just kept saying "ano daw" with a mocking tone when I tried to inform them that soft gel capsules are generally made of pork gelatin. Hence, I cannot consume it and requested it to be changed to cough syrup instead. Worst staff.
