This branch in front of Makati Medical Center is accommodating, specially Ms. Arlene “Lyn” the Pharmacist. She is kind and polite and you will really see how eager she is to help you.

Can take a long time to be served. Plus, noticed people just walking up to the counter and being served first despite there being a numbering system in place. Store itself was ok, quite big and had various products from medical supplies to snacks and breads. Guards were nice and very polite. Wish they’d open more counters though, to avoid long lines

Been buying my Grandmother's maintenance medicines weekly for over 4 years now and I think this is the first time I bought her medicines on this branch. I've never experience this very, very slow service really because I normally understand if it's taking too long if there's a lot of customers buying at the same time. Initially when I arrived few minutes past 10 in the evening, I was glad to see that there's only one customer ahead of me so I thought that it will be a quick and easy transaction. But no, it took me almost 40 minutes! I don't understand why it should take that long thus it feels like there's about 10 customer ahead of me before my turn. I'm not sure if the pharmacist is tired already or she simply enjoys taking her time so much. Then I thought after I'm done with my transaction and was really upset that I just wanted to leave the store immediately my misery will be finally over but it's big NO again. Good thing that I checked and fixed my stuff first before heading home because the super chillax Pharmacist did not put back my credit card together with the Suki Card and receipts so I had to go back again and get my credit card that she left at the cashier which should normally be taken together with the receipts, Senior ID or Suki Card after the cashier executed my transaction. Imagine the inconvenience that will awaits me? I hope they will do something about it because I just can't imagine how long you would need to wait if there's a lot of customer on this branch at the same time. You should bring extra patience and you have all the time in the world when you buy medicines here.

The cashier this morning named Lein asked me in a lousy and irritated manner" May mercury card ka?". Then I handed over the card and payment to her.
When she was about to give the change for my payment, she just dropped it on the counter table together with my mercury card then accommodated the next customer.
By far, it was the lousiest service I got from a cashier. Maybe because I was just wearing a regular shirt that she won't bother to pay an equal respect compared to those who are on casual attire.

Been waiting to be served for minutes, afterwards sales lady/ didn't even return my suki card and credit card, which led to me processing a lost card. So much hassle.

The guards in this branch told me that I could not enter as they perform illegal surgery inside the pharmacy.
