Maayong Gabie Ma'am/Sir,.

I don't like the customer service, she did not look for the medicine that I order when infact it was displayed at the counter shelves. I ordered Gaviscon but she gave another kind of medicine. I asked her to change my order but she returned my money and without even explaining. She never entertained me again. So I was so mad and I told her that I will report her to the management.
