Tipolo Tree Serviced Apartments

Amazing apartments in Cebu city. Owner is an Australian guy super nice. Gave us good recommendations on food and stuffs to buy nearby. Rooms are super clean, with air conditioned and kitchen. Very good value for money!

The best place I've been in cebu for a very affordable price. Modern and absolutly clean appartment with a big bed and a sofa to sleep, a big clean fridge, flatscreen tv, fast wifi, a little balcony, Marc and his staff are very friendly and help you with everything you need..and we needed a lot 😉 transfers, uber-taxis, more towels, coffee and shampoo (we got it for free), and so much more 😏 the pickup and all the transfers by marcs driver (from the port at 3am, to the city and the airport) a bit expensier than a taxi, but so friendly, entertainable and at least absolut safe.
For sure we will stay there again if we have 2 spend few days at cebu 😊

Value for money is fantastic here. 12/10. We paied 990p per night. Appartment was super clean and spacious. The host was very responsive and friendly. They even did our laundry for free! We left very satisfied!

la atención fue exquisita desde el primer momento. la habitación muy amplia y limpia. tiene aire acondicionado y ventilador, cocina, tele con un montón de canales y el baño está muy limpio. esta en una zona residencial tranquila y del aeropuerto a unos 15 minutos (el taxi salió realmente barato 250 pesos)

超級舒服的小公寓，裡頭有一張上下舖，一張雙人床，一張單人床，總共可以睡五個人。裝潢小巧溫馨，廚房用具有熱水壺，電鍋，電磁爐，各式炒鍋，餐具，杯子，也有各式調味料。管理員人很熱心，願意幫助房客任何問題，24hr都能服務。
房間很乾淨，唯一的小缺點就是燈不太夠，但是有許多小檯燈彌補不足。
WiFi很強，冷氣很冷，熱水器夠熱，非常推薦住宿，經濟又實惠！

Muy bueno, relativamente cerca del aeropuerto, amplio, limpio y personal muy amable. Un 10 para la persona y el trato que hemos recibido, nos ayudo a encontrar un lugar para hacer un buen cambio de dinero y nos gestiono un taxi al aeropuerto que curiosamente era más barato hasta que Uber.
