No lift but the rooms weew well lit and clean. The shower was warm and the bed was very comfy

I fell sick while in Cebu, the staff were more then accommodating especially the hotel manager Jun who helped us in cancelling flights and attaining refunds from tour companies and the flight company due to being unfit to fly. The staff had good English, very nice and approachable, offering to get anything we needed and helpful in suggestions. The hotel its self is nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was good. The hotel is located above a 7/11 and close waling distance from a Jollibee and J mall shopping center.

Clean, quiet, convenient, close to the airport (<15min without traffic), the shower is great.
The AC is right next to your head, I don't mind but some people might.
3 floor without elevator but someone is hear to help you with luggages.
This is a good hotel if you an overnight layover flight.

Felix Residences provided a great experience for the several weeks stayed there. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned regularly, with all necessary amenities. Staff were always friendly and ready to assist with anything from directions to moving luggages. Located right next to a convenience store, with a Jollibee within walking distance.

Very nice little place in Cebu. Downstairs is a 7-Eleven, so snacks and drinks are always nearby. Our room was clean, the bad comfortable, and the shower had nice pressure.

Really clean and conf place! Downstair there is a 24hours 7eleven. A small shopping center 10 min walking and a big one 10min by bus(jepneey). The staff is friendly and really helpfull. Easy access to airport, I spent 1 night during conection flights! Really recommend this place!

Great little find. Quality service, cleanliness and extremely comfortable bedding. Amazing place highly recommend. I would not worry about the location too much as you have to cab everywhere in Cebu.

Right in the heart of Mandaue in Cebu... One of the most modern and cleanest places we stayed whilst in the Philippines... Our hosts were friendly and sooooo helpful. Manager Juneray was wonderful...his little daughter Denny is so cute...He organised our taxi back to Cebu international airport...very cheap, and even let us store our luggage and gave us a room to get changed in as we had to checkout hours before our flights... FIVE STARS... Also wee heads up... If you're there with kids head to the water park on top of the shopping mall.... 5 min walk from Felix residences...its a very cheap entry fee.... For that you get an hour long massage which was fabulous...and a voucher towards food! The water in the pools is freezing...but it's a great day out...wonderful infinity pool over looking the city...
