Actually zero star, worst experience in the Philippines, i got on a traffic accident and i am entitled to seek compensation for everything but the police who handle our case is very biased towards us i asked for our medical expenses to be payed until we are fully recovered but he put only our medical expenses on the day of the incident and even dared to tell us “ e pa kaso nlng ni pa hurotay mog kwarta” we are not here to prove or flex who is more privilege or not we just want accountability for the actions of the taxi driver that has cause us who are suffering. I know not all police are like that but it’s really disappointing and disgusting to think that this kind of police is working as a law enforcer that is not even fit on that job.

Processing is very slow, seems like they have to do all things manually😌

Daghang tawo sa cashier pero hinay kayo ang lihok. Disorganized ang ubang department when it comes to relaying information and uncertain ang uban employee kay wala daw sila kadawat ug info from higher dept. Ing-ana nalang jud mo ka kingkoy dira? Naay uban daghang lakaw pero gisayang ninyo. Wala pajud kayo tawo ato na time. Jesus. Improve your service "TEAM"
