Sarrosa International Hotel & Residential Suites

We had a wonderful visit to this hotel. We were there last night. I'll give them a 5 all the way, specially those were assigned at the front desk. We were completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I can highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Sarrosa international Hotel for 32 days,it was amazing hotel,the place is very accessible ,and all the staff are very friendly…especially the staff of the bar Jason,Alvin,Andrew,kelven,Venjack,Pam,the two housekeepers guys,the receptionist Mitch and Manong security guard….and the manager too..,hope to see you soon 🥰

They have good breakfast buffet. If you have PAGIBIG Card, they offer discounts from rooms to food and beverage

Good place. We stayed here for a night with our baby. The place is clean and safe.

Our only issue was the parking. You have to park at the basement which ramp/parkway was 45° and dangerous (I think).

staffs were very accommodating. plus points for this, we held our yearly assembly here and you could feel that you are well accommodated, the venue is nice also, well lit, clean and spacious

I had a wonderful experience at Sarrosa Hotel. Well maintained rooms. And i enjoyed the bath tub. Foods are delicious and the staff are very friendly and accomodating

Service was definitely a A+ in my book the location is bot bad at all and the room was big clean and overall everything that you would want out of a great hotel. My only issue was the pool was small but thats nothing. Staff was amazing very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend and loom to book with them again.

the customer service was absolutely fantastic.

I arrived after about 30 hours without sleep, was exhausted and the reception girls were very understanding and tried to get my room ready as soon as possible, it was much appreciated.

The food was nice but average.

Bed was comfortable and the bath was actually a normal size so that was lovely.

I hope to go back again on my return trip.

Place is good if you really need to be isolated from the crowded and noisy part of the city. Has safe parking space and near from a lot of dinning places.

I stayed in this hotel mostly for seminars for my work. The rooms are nice although some have airconditioning units that are a bit old and cranky. Bathroom is nice too. They have carpeted floors and high ceilings. This hotel is just minutes away from malls like Ayala Center Cebu and SM City Cebu. If you go out for food, there are fastfood establishments a bit further dow the highway. Across there's a seafood buffet called Tong's. There is also Shakey's, Greenwich, Burger King and Jollibee ahead. During our stay, the food they served us was just okay, not too memorable just adequate to fill up your stomach.

Very comfy training room and a little too cold for the temperature but bearable 😁.
Serving delicious foods especially the desserts. Special mention sa brazo de mercedes and the ensaymada. Thank you

The hotel personnel is very accommodating, good wifi & a wide room.
