bai Hotel Cebu

The Bai Hotel has been a great experience for my fiance and myself. We have enjoyed everything since we got here. The food has been amazing. The staff in every department has been phenomenal. We couldn’t ask for anything more. I would like to extend a special thanks to Rowena. She did a fantastic job cleaning our room. She went above and beyond what she had to do. My future son in law and daughter in law stopped by to visit us and were amazed at how nice the room was.

This is our first time checking in this hotel for over a week stay. We were amazed right away with our booking upgraded from a deluxe to a suit room. The staff are amazing and the facility is very safe and secure. Room is very spacious and the interiors looks awesome. When taking our breakfast on the 3rd day, Randie went out of the box serving us sliced mangoes. Christian and Robelyn are both awesome too. We had a serving of a warm green tea. Jut amazed with the variety of foods available ranging from Asian to Western delicacies. I would love to here again in the future to come. Love this place and it's people.

Very hospitable staff. Had a smooth check in with Mr. Terence and check out with Ms. Rhoda. Only a little glitch with Mr. Terence's superior when she insisted we have to have two single beds. WHAT? It's our anniversary and we will have separate beds? When she knew, she was so helpful. We got the king bed🙂 Be a member to enjoy great value!

I had a really admirable stay in this hotel and my only regret is that I had to leave early in the morning so was not able to enjoy its other amenities. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous and had a great selection especially for non-Filipinos. I particularly liked the Cebuano delicacies. The gym was adequate and the rooms were already configured to minimize plastic use. Props for their environmental consciousness.

Re location, while it's next to a mall, massage place and a few restaurants and relatively near the airport, please note that this hotel is some distance from the city proper, tourist spots and business centers so take that into consideration. Otherwise, this hotel was a very welcome choice for me.

Our 2nd time to stay here. Previously we had a great experience staying here, and I could still say the same. Rooms are great, location wise is accessible to stores and restaurants. Truly deserve 5 star ratings.

Not to mention their food are really good (breakfast, dinner buffet) staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Ms Irish Mae who assisted us and gave us fine dining experience

The staff were courteous and very professional. Takes the extra effort to ensure guests are attended to. Shout out to Manager Lee and his team. He personally handled the prioritizing of room assignments given an early check in (7AM). Flexible and accommodating!

We are from Davao City and our arrival time was 7 pm. But, we checked in late, maybe at around 9 pm because we had our dinner at Lapu2x. Upon our arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating, helping me with my luggage as I had my 2-year-old daughter with me. Despite assuming I had already settled the payment during booking by providing my card details, the check-in process was smooth.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Earl Ytienza, the reservation associate, for consistently fulfilling my requests without hesitation. He arranged a special room setup for my birthday. In the morning, they orchestrated a delightful birthday celebration during breakfast, complete with singing and dancing. My one-night stay at Bai Hotel was truly memorable, and I had an excellent experience overall. I look forward to returning soon with my family.

I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel's service was impeccable, and the well-trained staff made me feel at ease. The food at the hotel looked so delicious that I couldn't choose, and when I actually tried it, I was impressed by the high quality of the food. The drinks, fruits, and desserts were delicious. The food service staff were always prompt, accurate, and had a kind smile. I think staying at bai hotel will definitely be a wonderful trip.

Beautiful, clean hotel. We felt very safe and secure. Easy location from the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Dwayne, Roy and the staff at Marble and Grain. Also, Christine at the pool bar provided excellent service and a delicious espresso martini. And Layne helped us book local tours to experience Cebu. Thank you to all!

Thank you to all Twilight Roofdeck Staffs and their Manager for going above and beyond to accommodate our group. They were patient, helpful and truly made our night memorable. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staffs. Despite being busy they managed to provide excellent service with a smile on their faces. They anticipated our needs and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Kudos to all of you!

Its very accommodating. all the staff give a warm welcome and beautiful smile. And i feel so home, this place helps me to relax my mind. The room as well is very clean so nice to sleep at the smoothy bed. the outside view will show the city and also the relaxing beach. i can totally also see the beautiful sunset. i love to come back again ❤

Pool bar is fantastic view and service is very good and friendly

Everything was perfect!! Upon arrival at the lobby, we were greeted by April the Lobby Ambassadress with sincere smile and warm welcome. She also accommodated all of our inquiries and gave us a tour to hotel amenities. Food was great and interiors were so chic!! We will definitely going to come back!

A wonderful hotel!

The staff were really nice and also the room was spacious and clean.

We tried both in house restaurants - the steakhouse and the Japanese restaurants. They are both very delicious.

Whenever coming back to Cebu, we would come back to this hotel!

Overall, my parents and I were so satisfied with the stay at bai hotel Cebu.
All the experiences were beyond expectations, especially the points below.

•The staff: Niña at the front desk, she made our stay perfect. Her smile and her hospitality are something we've never experienced in any other hotels we stayed before. She even remembered what we talked about on the next day, and was willing to support us with her 100% energy. That's not something we can encounter usually and this totally made our day. Cannot thank her enough!
Also, Kyla at the Pool Bar, she was the one who always welcomed us with her warm greetings. She took care of us so perfectly as if she had years of professions in that role.
If I visit Cebu again, I'm gonna definitely choose this hotel thanks to these welcoming staff.

•Service: The breakfast buffet was a wholesome of this stay. You can choose a meal from thousands of varieties and everything is delicious. We couldn't even have lunch on that day.
Also, I had a bug bite while I was in Pool Bar, but they kindly arranged me to see a nurse at the clinic in the hotel although it was almost midnight.
Finally, we took a midnight flight in the way back home, so they also offered the opportunity to take a shower at the gym before we headed to the airport.

We are totally satisfied with our experience, and appreciate what this hotel offered to us!! Thank you:)

The hotel was very friendly and the staff greeted you every time they saw you. It really feels like having friends on the trip with you. The staff provided me with many recommendations on, restaurants and tourist attractions. The Manager and front desk was exceptional and ensured that you were going to be taking care of. The restaurants onsite are 5 star and worthy of your experience while in Cebu.

The place greatly surpassed our expectations. The buffet breakfast was spectacular. The rooftop restaurant in pool were amazing. The food was excellent. The view was stupendous. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to mention Angel who was our maitre d in the restaurant. She remembered Us by name and always greeted us. We would definitely consider staying at the Bai hotel again.

Twilight bar was absolutely amazing! Jason and Joy are fantastic hosts and looked after us with so much love and respect!

I had an exceptional stay at Bai Hotel! The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially Ariel at the pool bar. The rooms were pristine and well-appointed, and the amenities were fantastic. The dining options were delicious too. I can't wait to return!
