I preordered the S21 Ultra 5G online as instructed before the release date of Feb 1st when I was notified that it was available. Online it said that it was available till March 31st 2021 for claiming. The store would not accept a bank transfer because they said it would take too long. So i asked if I could send 2000 pesos by Mlhuillier which was allowed. Then I was transfered to another store at Parkmall because of some excuse of the system not working. Everything was okay until I was notified that Feb 21st 2021 was the last date for claiming freebies. They asked me to allow me to cancel so that they could sell it to another individual. So i said okay if i could get my money back. They logged into my account and said that i claimed it without me saying it was okay to go into my account because they asked me on the phone to do it. I would have never preordered it in the first place if only available for three weeks to claim. Then the girl did not even answer my texts on my refund for the 2000 pesos back. I'm still currently waiting and debating legal action if not solved.

Not a good place to deal with.
