March 8 (Before ECQ) - I've request for a card replacement and was told that the wait time was 7 days from the time of request. (See attached receipt dated March 8)

March 16 - was the supposed release date so I went to your branch only to get denied kay kunu "WALA NA PROCESS". So gi process balik on that day (check on your system, it shows processed March 16, while my receipt shows March 8) sabot lang ta kay di man jud ta perpekto no? So okay ra, that's another 7 day wait time na pud but during that time, padong na mag ECQ, but still nakabalik ghapon ko after 7 days, and again, wala pa daw kay naabtan na ug ECQ. So I was given an alternative option nga mu over the counter withdrawal na lang daw ko sa nearest branch nga naay corresponding charge kay dili man sa ilaha na create account, so okay ra dw mu email lang daw sila sa branch para i waive ang fee kay CLEARLY, miss man nnyu.

Good thing I had another card from another bank so I was able to find an alternative option nga di na ko mahasol manawag pa sa jcenter branch pra lang maka wdraw ko sa lain branch.

July 17 - 4 months after the last transaction, mag assume na jud ta ana no nga available na ang card? Since ECQ, Work from home ra jud mi nya mao ra na gtuyo ug adto kay bisag dili milyones ang sulod ana, payroll card ko na, bisag unsa ka gamya, importante na sa amoa bisag walay value sa inyo. So yesterday, ngpaabot kos akong turn, I was on queue at D16, last assisted client is D15, pero I noticed, naay naka insert nga supposedly i follow man unta ang queue so I decided i approach na lang gyud nako ang teller which ni entertain ra man sad, so she looked for my card kunu and got back to me saying "Ay maam wala pa raba ni maam kay dghan issues sa delivery lagi tungod sa ECQ". Of course, ikaw nag paabot ug 4 mos ma imbeyerna jud ka, so I asked nganu ing ana man nga dugay na man kaau na? She replied dghan lagi issues daw, naa daw uban niabot pag April na pa file for replacement. March ko nag pa process then nauna ang April?
So niana sya, iyaha dw i double check, ang voila "NAA RA DIAY"! huwaw! Ug di ka mangusog di magtarong sa trbaho. ganun? Sobra ra girl. Ingnon sya, gipa ukay dw nia ug tarong, so sa unang check wala tarunga, mao ba?

For the second time, epic fail inyong service. Wala lang gani mu ni consider sa karon naay pandemic, unsa ka hasol mutuyo anha sa inyong branch. One more thing, katong last employee nga ni release sa card, mura ra man nakahatag tae, human papirma, hatag sa card, walk out. Wala man lang "ok na na sya" or bisag na man lang nangayo ug pasensya noh? Sabagay di man gyud ni mapalit ang maayong pamatasan. Sa kadakong kompanya sa BDO, di d ai sila ka train ug tarong sa ilang mga employees? By the way, the card was released May 28 so someone's clearly not doing their job right. Unfortunately my worst banking experience to date! This branch's staffs lack discipline and customer service training! Was served after almost 2hrs of waiting even from coming in 3 numbers away from the current served number. The teller who handled my transaction was outrageously rude and impolite to the point where she unapologetically smeared ink on my finger for touching it with the tip of her pen while irritably telling me what to do, and even almost threw my deposit slip across the counter to my face after my transaction. Absolutely no grace, no good manners, and no professionalism. I don't recommend this bank to anyone at all. Never! So many other people deserve to be in their place for the job.

Very poor experience with this branch. Condescending staff, seemed amused at my withdrawal slip and even waived it and fanned it around for other tellers to see. Surrounding tellers kept laughing as well. I couldnt withdraw thru an atm machine as my atm was not ready for pick up yet. There are better ways to assist your clients than through what you just showed. Maybe that is how you treat average Filipinos.

Points to consider:
I was told to use my atm card- WHAT ATM card its not ready for pick up yet. Its a pandemic, of course if I had it already I would USE IT.
I was told to withdraw over the counter in another branch where my account was made. This branch is closed on SATURDAYS and I repeatedly said that. If you are concerned about deductions then INFORM the customer. But do not make it seem as if it is a hassle or even hilarious to process an over the counter withdrawal.

Poor Customer Service,
- The guard was rude , I just parked at the front, he said in a scolding tone with high voice "Ayaw na ninyu ipang lock ang motor kay kapoy kaayu ug liso2 if naay mugawas"
Is that how you treat a customer?
- The teller was no good. She gave me a slip and said "Fill-upi lang sir," then walked away (maybe to find my card) but did not gave me an opportunity to ask about the slip.

waited almost 2 hrs to get my number called. Mind you, it was only 3 numbers away from the current serving number for New Accounts. Until I saw that there are others who didn't get a number but got entertained and the people manning their desks do not decline and tell them to get a number. So, there's no use getting one. Then it took another 2 hrs to complete my account opening because the tellers entertain new people who come in and insert, literally came in 12:45 pm and finished 4:35 pm just to open an account!

Don't Change USD to PHP in BDO!

To BDO Unibank, you should maybe take a look on improving your system and bank procedures.

We went to the BDO Branch in J CENTRE MALL today to change 200USD to PHP. We got our priority number at 10:15AM. Our priority number was "O2" and on their screen was serving "O1". After 10 minutes, they called our number and we went to the teller who told us if we want to check the exchange rate inside the mall as it might have higher rate than they offer. It was around the same rate when we last time checked so we decided to proceed with the transaction. I filled out a form that I needed to sign at least 5 times. She also asked for my passport and one government ID, photocopied it and gave me the photocopy which I signed again 4 times.

The teller was going there and here, and doing other transactions in between, plus chatting with colleagues, etc. We were sitting there for more than 30 minutes already and it still wasn't done.

While she was chatting with her colleague about another transaction in her colleague's computer, my husband stood up and asked her about our transaction as we were waiting a very long time already only to change 200USD.

She went back to her station and continued our transaction and told me in Bisaya nga ingnon daw nako akong bana na taas daw ang bank procedure kung magpa change ug dollars mao daw nag suggest siya na adto sa Money Exchange. Her colleague also butt in nga e-explain daw nakos akong bana kay para di daw mag wild didto. Kamo kahay mo-explain ma'am? Ngano ako ang kailangan mo-explain para ninyo? I was also trying to hold my patience kay taas ra jud kaayu mog waiting time para pa-change lang ug dollars. Another thing, wala nag "wild" akong bana, nangutana lang sya kung kanus-a mahuman among transaction, exaggerated rapud kaayo ka.

And to the teller who entertained us, ma'am yes you mentioned if we might want to check the Rate of the Money Exchange kay basin mas dako, you never suggested na basin ganahan mi adto nalang sa Money Exchange kay it takes almost an HOUR to exchange dollars from your bank. Klaroha pud ug suggest next time, imbes na inyong basulon ang client kay ngano sa inyong bangko nagpachange. Laysho pud mog service 😑

I'm not saying that the tellers are working slow, pero dapat siguro e-improve ninyo inyong system ug service na para mas organise siya ug dli heavy ka complicated ug taas ang waiting time.

I've been using BDO for many years and I feel ashamed jud for suggesting it to my friends given the service you showed today. It was lame and incompetent.

Shout out BDO J Centre Mall. Your priority numbers are useless. We've waited for an hour to process our transaction but unfortunately when we reached the counter area you do not have available small bills. According to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, banks are provided with small bills for the clients but unfortunately you can't provide. Tellers are impolite.

the worst...had to give up after two hours of waiting because i was nowhere near my number. they only had two tellers working with one dedicated to priority customers. no sense of urgency. poor management. BDO...we find ways...to waste your time.

I waited for almost 2 hours before they could give me my atm. At first, they told me it was incorrect. Later on, they realized it was just okay. They should double-check first before declaring anything to avoid mishaps. Aside from that, a simple "sorry" would be appreciated.
