Will definitely bank with this branch. Guy in customer service that accommodated me answered all my queries and helped the problem with my account. Kudos to you sir (guy in the middle of customer service booth)

The branch is not so busy, you can get done with your transaction pretty fast. However, there are no tables allocated for clients who have transactions there. And you cant get inside if you do not wear the full face mask. They dont allow you to enter wearing the half faced mask only, unlike other BPI branches.

Convenient gateway for money transfer and othe financial needs.

For BIR Pyments, they receive taxpayers who have no account with BPI only up to 10 persons. Those who have BPI Accounts, the cutoff time for BIR Payment is at 3 pm (cash or check). It is located beside Jollibee and Banco de Oro at AS Fortuna Mandaue. Long queue line.

Frequently offline,
ATM has had issues like offline, running out of cash, machine error etc.
However, their staffs are polite but a staff lady is somewhat lost her cool because they are offline nevertheless she help me with my transaction.

Slow customer service, waited 3hrs just to get my card.

1 star for customer service experience.They dont value customers and their time, they are very slow. a lot of talking and walking to other workers for papers to be signed, turning on the aircon. seems they dont have a system. one customer service personnel ask me, for me seems like in a rude tone: " Mag-unsa ka Sir?" they could have say: unsay atong ikaalagad sir or unsay ato Sir!? etc.. seems they need customer Service Etiquette.. need more to improve..

The branch near jollibee sucks especially the guy with the name john. I went there to file a complaint on an atm card because someone or something deducted on my atm card worth 6 digits. "John" then misunderstood me and continued to point fingers at me because it was my fault. Imagine my frustrations, that money was for my education. They won't accept that their system lacks security and most importantly "John" has no customer service. He made me feel awful and crying. This reflects the customer service of ayala which owns bpi hahaha worst experince ever. Never going to trust bpi again with my money in the future ever!!!!!!!!!

They don't value customer service, they will let you wait for 3 or more hours outside and another hour inside, very very slow service it seems they are very short on staff's & tellers, hope the management will something to improve their service

Even their customer service via phone is always busy no matter what time of day, I have tried waiting for 2 hours but there was nobody to talk

If you have a simple transaction to do you better be 3 hours early. Bring lunch and dinner as well cause their staff may take some time to function.

I hope you will also consider how your customers feel standing outside the bank for more than 3 hours. Unvalued

Already a card holder for this, but I am very disappointed, this branch is so slow in terms of processing of opening an account.

Bank was offline, how inconvenient.
