Very busy bank and even there are queues with 14 counters open it will take average of 1hour plus waiting.

We've been here since 10.19am .. it's 11.21..over an HOUR and we still haven't even been called to the counter ..all we wanted to do was deposit less than 5000 pesos into the account .. it's unbelievable. To bank with them be prepared to spend your ENTIRE morning here if you're unfortunate enough to be dealing with them . I have just counted 17 customers and at least 17 staff members too ..that's a ratio of one staff to one customer. Yet the pace of work seems to indicate that they're extremely busy . It's taking forever and thank God I'm not banking regularly with this bank . The team really needs a desperate overhaul . But then I guess this is the Phillipines and this kind of service is normal.. I'm sure my review won't even be read . God Bless the nation .

I just have to leave a review and I hope it will be noticed. This branch has the slowest service ever. Staff just chatting around and one employee had to make an excuse. People are leaving because queue is long, 40+ and not moving. It took 30 mins for 1 customer to be done. There’s a lot of unnecessary activities going on. It’s a waste of people’s time.
