very slow. i had to wait for an hour-2 for a single transaction that only took less than 5mins to finish. this branch was by far the slowest in mandaue. no wonder other ppl leave a 1 star review here on google. hope they'll find a solution to this problem.

Slowest to provide service. Number is moving very slow. It took 15 to 30 minutes for them to call another number when the first one is no longer in the bank.

Waited 1 hr for withdrawal. Not even rush hour. It was 1:15pm on a Wednesday. Manager should learn how to delegate the staff. Only 3 upper counters yet lower counter didnt even help call people at the line.

Worst customer service. Waited for almost 1 hr even though they have multiple counters not serving anyone. My queue number was first in line but the counter serving forex is already serving a customer. When it was my turn they say that I must transact in my branch of account! What's the point of having multiple branches in the country when you can only transact in 1. They don't even deserve 1 star.

That’s why I opened my personal savings in Metrobank because everytime I deposit cash, the transaction is smooth and no side comments involved. Meanwhile, BDO teller asked me to arrange my cash, not even close to 20k, in order. I was in a hurry and had no time to arrange the money but the teller seems like she doesn’t want to busy herself. Wa nlang unta ka nag teller ug di ka ganahan mo arrange ug small amount of money. ♥♥♥

I don’t recommend this bank. No priority numbers just falling in line. Very slow processing. Average time from waiting to processing 2hrs. If you have that much time to waste this is your bank.

Dont bother going this branch. Slow processing of deposit you have to wait for like 2-3 hours just to deposit money.

So frustrated, slow process of transactions i waited for 2hrs just to deposit. Very disappointing.

Waited an hour for 4 queue numbers to be completed. WTH
