Black and Brew Coffee Shop

This cozy place is hidden inside the Vega Mall. I would recommend this over the Starbucks across the street. They have more affordable prices, rice meals, and offer more privacy. The only downside I can think of is that the seats are few. Our food came as fast as it could be. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Parking is available on the ground floor. Meet-ups are great for this place.

Black and Brew is the true definition of a quintessential coffee shop. It has been around for years! The coffee selections are wide and the blends are good. The food are delicious and the portion sizes are filling. The cheesy mushroom omelette is indeed a must-try. It's super cheesy and pairs well with either rice or toast. The pesto is also good and the flavors are well-balanced. This is our go-to breakfast place whenever we have early errands around UPLB area.

This is one of the longest cafe near UPLB that is still around and is my go to cafe when I am in elbi. I am extremely picky with the taste of coffee and this cafe offers the perfect blend. Their almusal menu is to die for. This cafe's ambiance feels like a cozy old home you never had and I mean this in the best way possible.

I love this restaurant! I like their omelette paired with anything. They make breakfast all day. A variety of food paired with egg and rice. They have sisig and steamed dumplings although most of the time, they're out of dumplings. Their coffee is also good. The place is nice and cozy, an ideal place for a quick lunch or hangout with friends over coffee. They also serve pasta, pastries, and shakes. Recommended.

Most worth it pasta place in elbi! A humble restaurant with a quiet vibe.

All of their pastas are superb! The serving is relatively bigger compared to some restaurants. The breakfast meals can be eaten at any time of the day! You won't regret eating here.

I wish their place could accomodate a bigger number of people.

Very polite staff. Food is ok specially if you're really really hungry. They serve all day Filipino breakfast at a cheap. Very student-friendly. Eat here instead in the nearby fastfood chains. Support lokal!

Food served here might be pricey if you are still a student. However, if you'll come back n years after graduating, you'll realize that it's affordable. The place is still the same from 2014 as of writing, even the crew. Also, the staff were accommodating.

Mushroom Omelette is one of my favorite things served here. I just hope they add more options for their drinks but so far, so good 🥰
