BonChon Chicken SM Lipa

As I was here I noticed that it was not on Google Maps and so I added it my pictures are here and my review is it was delish the food is amazing and it is Korean style so it may be my favorite

I love their chicken and fried rice but their customer service needs improvement. Yung taga take ng orders hindi proactive magbigay ng better options at magrecap ng order while their dining crew ay kulang sa courteousness. We tried the other Bon Chon store here in Lipa na okay yung service.

After waiting for almost 20minutes in line before I reached the counter to order, staff told me that waiting time for the order is 30minutes. Poor service. You could've told that to wating-in-line customer that preparation for the order takes 30mins. Customers are hungry, waiting in-line alone is super long time then at the counter you will tell that it will take another 30 minutes before we can have our food. 👎👎👎
BonChon SM Lipa worst service!!!

slowest service ever! staff do not greet the customers. our takeout order took 30 minutes to serve and the lady who served it honestly looked so done with her job. hope the management can do some improvement with these issues.
