SM City Lipa

Comfy and refreshing atmosphere. Lots of delicious fast-food chains and superior products in every stall.

Parking area located underground was overcrowded and somehow humid. Hoping for improvements in ventilations.

I visited the SM Store to purchase Christmas decorations, I was helped by the most amazing and professional workers Mr Nikko and Ms Dessa Grace, wow amazing people and so helpful, they helped my wife set out all the decorations and assisted in selections. Totally going the extra mile, this was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Very accessible mall location. Covered and outdoor parking spaces are available for a flat fee of P20.00.

Lots of fun stores here and most everything you would get at other SM's despite this being only a medium sized SM. Would like it if the parking was free like it used to be.

Very accessible ang SM LIPA even if your looking for a jeepney bus or any ride that could take you to Manila and/or Batangas they've got it here.

SM Lipa have the most boutiques/shops that SM malls in Metro Manila has. They also have the most-sought-after restaurants/bakeshops of Metro Manila malls has. They have more than enough parking space. This mall also has a grand terminal that has every vehicle bound to every place of common destination. Vans, jeepneys, and buses like P2P, etc. can be accessed in this place.

First trip of Lipa to Alabang P2P buses are starts loading at 4AM and leaves around 5:00-5:15AM.

The Salesperson is great and approachable they just don't have other luxury perfumes like chanel and YSL

Nice and secured. Because guards make sure you wear your faceshield. At this time of pandemic, we should care more on our health.

very easy to get to by jeepney or bus, free WiFi for 1 hour and lots of great food, lots of happy smiling faces...

Nice place for affordable food, big enough to find what you looking for, and in SM you can find a lot of souvenirs and little things to bring as your presents from Philippines!)
