It’s been my go-to for croissants, especially their pistachio twice-baked. Really happy when they started offering coffee and moved to a bigger place here in Lipa, Batangas, so you can enjoy them in one place.

I tried their latte; it was okay, but I look forward to trying their other drinks and maybe their signature ones soon. They also have a branch opening soon in Batangas!

Rooting for @ijobakeryph since day one. So happy for them!

Dropped by here with friends on the way back to Manila. Really great croissants - loved the almond one! It's a small space and they limit the number of customers inside; which causes a line to build outside. They had a great selection of croissants to choose from and they were big and tasty! They accepted credit card as payment, no debit available. Their partner store Unico had a small section - where I bought eclairs which my sister liked - but it's a separate transaction and they only accepted cash. Hoping to pass by here again if there's a chance to try other croissants. 🌻

We were just walking along Ayala highway when we noticed this small bakery.

We bought some and It's the best impulsive decision I've ever made haha. The shop has mastered the flaky pastries already, and new flavors are well-thought-of such as the Bibingka. The Flan Brûlée is also good. They don't offer dine in at the moment, but be sure to pass by when you're around Lipa! It's definitely worth it.

I'm not sure whether I should be sad or thankful that Ijo is in Batangas because I'm pretty sure if it were in Manila, I would come visit every day. That's how good their breads are. The almond croissant in particular was so good I wish I ordered more. By the way, it's pronounced as "iho" as in son in Spanish. I thought it was Japanese and pronounced as "i-jo," but the staff corrected me.

They have coffee selection too, but I didn't get to try it as I just had coffee prior to our visit.

I wish they'll open a branch in Metro Manila.

Discovered Ijo bakery through the smell of its freshly baked croissants as we passed by going to @Club Laiya. We tried some of its croissant variants and we ended up buying 3 boxes of such as we go home to Manila. It's smell and taste will never make you go wrong!

My go-to bakeshop in Lipa, Batangas. It is located at Big Ben Complex, in front of Robinson’s Lipa. Beside Landbank and Chowking.

My partner and I usually stop and buy their massive pastries whenever we visit Lipa despite of the queue.

Worth the money, though they increased their prices. If you’re a croissant lover, I recommend you visit this place. I usually buy plain croissants, and I love their flan brûlée, funky monkey, bibingka, chocolate croissant, and cheese tart.

I haven't tried their handcrafted icecream yet.

Really good croissants!!! There are 2 parking spaces in front of the store, just tell the guard and he'll let you park. When you enter the store, you'll snell all the rich flavors of baked goods. The pastries did not disappoint either! We followed the instructions to store them in airtight containers and place them in the refrigerator. When we ate them the next morning, the pastries were still crunchy and really good!

I discovered this bakery last December, and I was hooked at their savory croissants. They make their pastries here, and their pastries are always hot & fresh.

Now, they offer tarts and ice cream. The cheese tart and flan brulee are delicious but not too sweet. Their ice cream is creamy, too. I am eating the pastries 1 day after serving, and it is still good and soft.

It is a default to go here if you love pastries and you happen to stop by at Lipa.

This is the best croissant I’ve ever tasted! Very flaky, light and delicately sweet! You’ll crave for more! Can’t even compare to Wildflour or Manila Peninsula’s croissant

Best croissant I have ever tried! All variants of bread are great. Original Croissant, chocolate cookies and Almond Croissants are recommended

My family and I were overjoyed to discover Ijo Bakery, finally a place dedicated to croissants! We've been avid fans of croissant for years. We ordered the plain, chocolate, and flan brulee. To our pleasant surprise, the flan brulee croissant stole the show! It had just the right balance of sweetness, making it an instant favorite for all of us. The other croissants were equally outstanding, perfectly baked to achieve that ideal flakiness we adore.We can't wait to come back and explore the rest of their offerings

Amazing pastries that are always worth visiting for when you can. You'll need to take your chances with parking though, as spaces are limited. Residents of Lipa are lucky to have this in their neighbourhood.
