I recently had the pleasure of staying at Greenleaf Hotel during my visit to General Santos City, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. As a traveler coming all the way from Cebu to meet my business partner, I was fortunate to have chosen this exceptional hotel as my accommodation.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to cater to my needs, providing excellent service that made me feel valued and welcomed.

The rooms at Greenleaf Hotel are simply outstanding. Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, they offered a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a long day of meetings. I must also mention the exceptional assistance I received from the hotel staff when I misplaced my watch. Their dedication and promptness in helping me locate and retrieve it were truly remarkable. They went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction, which speaks volumes about their commitment to guest service.

In conclusion, my stay at Greenleaf Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. Traveling with kids can sometimes be challenging, but Greenleaf Hotel made sure our little ones felt right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our children had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful activities and facilities for children. The kids' play area and swimming pool were a hit with our little ones. They had a blast while we relaxed and enjoyed the hotel's serene atmosphere.

Didn’t manage to check in the rooms for a short time since the hotel was fully book. But they still give you the best service. They can keep you bag and luggage at concierge while you can enjoy the food at the cafe. They have few option of restaurants like Chinese, Japanese and also the hotel restaurant serving local foods. The space at lobby very huge also.

Located near malls and pharmacies. Rooms are clean. The food is simple and delicious. Wifi is very slow though. Staff are excellent.

Always nice and cozy place to go for formal events or even just with families and friends for a meal or coffee.

Near Sm gensan, has the same experience as a 5 star hotel even though they claim to be a 4 star

The hotel also offers excellent dining options. The on-site restaurants serve a variety of delicious cuisines, including local delicacies and international fare. Guests can indulge in flavorful meals while enjoying a pleasant ambiance.

The room is tidy. The staff is really cordial and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was excellent! The shuttle took us to the airport.

They say Greenleaf is the best of what GenSan can offer. I can confirm that now.

I love the concept of the design and it is consistently etched in every aspect of the hotel.

Rooms are pretty elaborate and well-designed. It is spacious and has plenty of platforms where you can put your luggages. Lights are likewise well-blended, helpful in putting you to a good night sleep.

The bed is sturdy and the mattress is neither too soft or too hard. Just enough. What I specifically like about my bed is the texture of the comforters. They are velvety and will easily slide on your skin when you use it.

AC is centralized but the good thing here is their control panel is user friendly. Temperature is easily adjusted.

At the lobby, they have a diverse option of places to eat. They have thematic restaurants you can choose from.

They have a fitness area (it is just a small corner near the spa) but they open at 7:00 am, which is already too late for my workout.

Above all this, shoppers will definitely love the hotel since SM Mall is just across the street and KCC Mall and Gaisano Mall of GenSan are just a block away. Strategic indeed.

Guards and the crew are really courteous, they greet you with MagandanGensan slogan everytime you see enter the hotel or meet them in the hallway.

Room is clean. The staffs are very accommodating and courteous. Buffet breakfast was so good! We had shuttle for airport.

Best hotel in Gensan with friendly people and a big pool.

Best hotel in Gen San room 208 and 302 suites. Clean polite staff and mint cafe to vip lounge food is great. We stay 6/22-24

Excellent hotel, impeccable service. Won't even consider staying anywhere else in Gensan in future. Special thanks to the host at Mint Cafe for very kind and accommodating service when my mother was sick.

Stayed only 1 night in this hotel. However room is well equipped: with comfortable bed,big table for your business and one more small for tea time with comfortable arm chair. And what was especially good room was with a lot of light sources. Air conditioning with temperature control but I couldn't find automatic fan speed and temperature functions there..Bathroom is also well equipped but shower had not good drainage system- a bit water after shower was still there next morning. Breakfast was perfectly served on ground floor with big choice of dishes and perfect service of waiters with tea and coffee. Reception team was nice and helpful. I left hotel with their airport transfer shuttle bus. Special thanks to bus driver- helpful and with good manners. I recommend this hotel
