One of the most wheelchair friendly establishments in General Santos City. Their disabled parking spots are guarded, posted and strictly monitored so that only persons with disability can use it. Accessible entrances, ramps, disability toilets, un-slippery floors are all present in this mall. The only thing lacking is a lift going to the second floor. Nevertheless, its a comfortable place for wheelchair bound persons because it is spacious. Those with mobility problems can always rest at the seats situated all over the building.

One of the great things about this place is that meron silang HALAL EXCLUSIVE LANE. Very Much Appreciated♥ plus meron silang gov't office like PRC. Very convinient. Then its not that crowded gaya ng ibang malls.

Grocery is compact and has all the basic necessities. I did not get tired shopping like other supermarkets. Relaxing atmosphere for shoppers. Many government offices housed here to carry out personal transactions. I renewed my driver's license in just under 1 hour.

Robinson's is more quiet than other malls. I personally like the oval design of the mall, it leads me to my destination easily. Also, the customer service is Good and approachable and accommodating.

The local food shop which is in front of the grocery sells food at a budget rate, which helps people having an appointment in Government Agency Satellite offices eat without going outside.

Their groceries and department store finds gets cheaper, more and more Generals are into their thoughts of buying at Robinson's.
