Cebu Memorial Park

Cebu Memorial Park or CEMPARK is one of the premier cemeteries at the heart of Cebu City. It is very close to the Cebu IT Park and to many posh subdivisions in Cebu. It gets pretty crowded during All Saint’s Day Weekend but it is still more organized than other cemeteries.

On regular days, it serves like a big park in the city where people can do jogging for example.

A serene place. Clean and aesthetic enough to make it a less-ominous place to jog and eventually — when your live-healthy attemps fail — get buried. Jogged here dozens of times; mostly at night, mostly alone. Haven't seen a single ghost. Which is cool. Sure hope it stays that way. But it's a cemetery. just expect one at every blind corner so you won't be as surprised as to get a heart attack. Should I see one eventually, I might have to change my review to a 4/5.

The place is very big and wide. There are a lot of trees and the area is clean all the time. The place is quiet and solemn with lots of flowers and the water faucets are everywhere. I love spending my free time there. It is a place where you can have peace of mind. And they also have several restrooms.

This was where we buried a good friend of ours. Golden hour here is very beautiful when the weather is good. People can also jog here early morning or late afternoon. Its a peaceful place. Not scary at all.

Clean and organized... You can jog and walking around (it open:6:00 and it will closed to 8:00 in the evening)

정해진 시간이 있지만 무료입장 가능하고 말 그대로 묘지공원이라 묘지들도 많고 공원처럼 산책하거나 강아지들도 데려오고 가볍게 러닝하는 사람들도 제법 있어요
조깅이나 러닝이 목적이라면 묘지방문 차량만 다녀서 도로 러닝보다 공기나 주변환경이 쾌적해서 운동하기 좋아요
작은 사잇길이 많아서 장례예식을 하는 장소는 미리 사잇길로 피해서 예의 지켜주는 센스는 필수

안에 매우 조용하고 따뜻한 분위기
운동(조깅)하는 사람도 있고 몇몇은 기도하고 있음.
매우 넓고 편한느낌

The place is nice and quiet. It's well maintained and grasses are trimmed. There are opened big garbage bins in the area.

My grandmother was buried here in 1986. I can say that this cemetery is well maintained and kept. It prides for having the graves of prominent Cebuano people and families to be buried here. This is open to the public. Typical scene you will see is a bunch of joggers running around.
