Lime juice silkscreen and digital Shirt Printing

Recommended! They accommodated our rush printing orders for 74 shirts in addition to the 52shirts we first sent them. They were able to deliver in just 1 or 2days. The quality is at par with our previous supplier but at a lower price so we really appreciate it. I am also delighted with the extra level of service they gave by packing the shirts individually after the printing. It was something I did not expect but certainly needed. I think the participants enjoyed receiving the shirts and the Finance team was also thankful that I was able to get a supplier with a lower cost but same quality from last time. I plan to make them our supplier again for the next events that we will host.
I have also recommended them to my friends from work and hope they get more sales in the future.
Two things that I hope they update though is first communication, and then the proactive giving of suggestion. Communication was okay, but in my opinion, they can improve by giving a response within a few minutes or so. With online transactions, I think that is quite important so that the customer will not be anxious in waiting. Personally, there were a few times when I was really stressed because I was not able to receive a response and a few hours already passed. I experienced being scammed online so the anxiety of not having a response for a few hours, esp. after sending payment, was really excruciating. I hope someone monitors their account closely next time, or maybe they try and just dedicate a few minutes to respond to the customers' inquiries, and give assurance that they are taking care of things on their end. The second thing is about giving suggestions on the print or design. I have no idea how the design will turn out on silkscreen so I have no problem if I receive their feedback that the design needs to change. I am quite open to receiving their suggestion if they think the design will be readable or not. In the case of our shirts, I asked for a redesign on the second batch because the first batch had some letters that were not easy to read. They did give a suggestion though, but I wish they also gave suggestions on the other letters and not just on those that has hairlines. Overall, I was happy with my transaction with them and I will definitely book them again. Thank you!
