Florencio casa hacienda

This place is a gem. It's an old, charming, and very well maintained hacienda house. On top of the standard stuff like a nice clean room and great bathroom, the hotel is filled with cool old artifacts from its days as a producing estate. Plants as old as 100 years (!) decorate every corner of the place. The botanical garden next door (owned by the hotel) is jaw dropping. The owners are charming and helpful. And Pisac is so cool! Genuinely think the ruins here are as cool as those at Machu Picchu, but there's no crowd. Can't wait to come back.

Fantastic stay at Florencio Casa Hacienda. The brother and sister that own the hotel made us feel so welcome. They own the garden across the street and made sure we got a tour of the garden and potato museum. There is so much rich history and love in this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and at their cafe overlooking the garden. The showers were hot with good pressure and the wifi was excellent. The hotel itself is in the right in the middle of Pisac - very walkable to everything. Can't wait to come back!

This is a small, family owned stay. The owners run the place and have made it nice and cozy. There are 2 patios where you can sit and chat or have some infusions. Breakfast is simple, but enough. I would definitely return.

Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel in Pisac. Once you enter the property you’re comforted by a beautiful layout and the owners are the sweetest people. If I’m ever back in Pisac, I know where I’ll end up again

Fantastic hotel!! My room was very cozy and had a stunning view of the beautiful botanical gardens. The owner is an absolute sweetheart and will make certain you have an amazing stay. I will never stay anywhere else in Pisac. Be sure to take a tour of the gardens. The flowers are beautiful not to mention the green houses with practically every type of cactus know to man. There is even a small insect and botanical museum.

This was my favourite place we stayed while in Peru, and we stayed in many lovely small hotels, so that's saying a lot. The building is beautiful and the rooms modern and comfortable, and it's very close to the central square and good restaurants -- and the hosts keep a small botanic garden across the lane. We were given a tour of the garden which included a look in the attached museum of potato and corn varieties. Note that the hosts don't speak much English, but between their English and our Spanish and Google translate, we managed and enjoyed ourselves!

Muy bueno!! Te da confianza, cómodo, limpio, buena atención. Los anfitriones super atentos. Linda vista al jardin botánico. Entrada gratis al jardin botanico y museo de la papa. Estaban construyendo un hotel muy lindo con bello restaurant y horno!!

Una joya en Pisac!

The hotel was a very historic building (with renovations underway adding more modern rooms and upgrading the older ones) We stayed in a newer part of the hotel across the street from the main building, that had a beautiful garden adjacent. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was fairly comfortable. We had breakfast served to us every morning by the friendliest staff, including the owner. She was a sweetheart! Only one negative about the staff, nobody spoke any English. We managed using translation apps on our phone. It will be great to see this hotel again after renovation is completed. The other good things- great location with multiple restaurants, close to shopping, and a good value!
