We absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed at 6 hotels while in Peru including some 5 star hotels, and this one was our favourite! Excellent rooms, restaurants and service. The grounds are just incredible, even pictures don’t do it justice. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here and can't wait to come back again and again! Beyond the amazing food that we couldn't stop eating we never had or wanted to leave. The place is so tranquil but most importantly the staff made our experience. Everyone is always smiling so polite but on top of that always helpful with any issues we were having. You stayed here a few nights then we headed up to Machu Picchu and then we came back and relaxed some more. The train station is a 5 min taxi ride away. Owners, Please give everyone there a huge $$ raise. Give the chefs kisses. This is one of the few Google pages where I believe all the five-star reviews.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful this place is—the details of the design and flowers, the gorgeous grounds, the incredible kind hearted staff, the delicious food, the comfort of the rooms and the beds. I highly recommend this place to really absorb the magic of the Sacred Valley. It is quiet, luxurious, gorgeous and will leave you feeling refreshed and awakened at the same time.

A small sanctuary worth staying at. Unfortunately I only stayed one night but I can say that I would totally spend a week here as a reflection, relaxation sanctuary. The hotel is wonderful, finely designed and beautifully decorated. Every detail is perfect. Congratulations to the team. The staff is very attentive, kind and helpful.
The rooms are large, with a king sized bed. It is great, I was also not cold in the room I was perfectly fine. The Wi-Fi is also good and fully functional.
There are two restaurants in the hotel, the main one and a Italian one. half of my group wanted to eat at one and the other at the Italian. Since we found the Italian decoration more lively and the ambient more alive we chose to eat there. The hotel accommodated and enables us to order food from the other restaurant to the Italian so that we could all eat together. It was very good. The Italian was also excellent, with great care and speed. There is also a bakery with a large variety of bakery made treats.
The hotel also has a church ⛪.
Recommend this hotel for this region.

One of the most poetic places I've stayed in all of my global travels. I travel there in my thoughts often when I am struggling with a moment at home. The grounds were a pallet of beautiful gardens and wildlife well maintained for centuries. The terraced walls allowed for the ideal scene to wake up to and enjoy a breakfast of fresh and filling local cuisine. If you can stay and let me know what you think, I'd greatly appreciate it. I will always want to return to this space in the Sacred Valley.

I stayed at 5 different hotels during my trip to Peru, and this one was definitely my favorite. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. No issues or complaints. It was also very quiet, which I always appreciate.

A dream! If you stay in the Sacred Valley, stay here. A wonderful hotel, beautiful - down to every detail, park like, first class service, great breakfast. We stayed in November and had a wonderful time. Great place to get acclimated to the altitude before hiking the Inca Trail, and good base for day trips to all attractions in the Sacred Valley.

We spent 5 days there, and overall really enjoyed the stay. The location works very well to visit the valley. Service is really nice, the room was large and comfortable and the site is great. A lot of flowers, nice buildings, a church, 2 restaurants. At first we felt alone as this is the rain season, but at breakfast we saw that there were more customers. The only issue we had was with the shower, too cold, probably because there were so few people. Management of the hotel did well, sent us someone, and finally offered a dinner.

If I could live at this resort, I would. The mountain scenery is breathtaking, truly magical and mystical. The grounds are impeccable…I joked that their flower budget must be immense (I even saw the manager watering them one day, which is a hefty task!). We were there for four nights last week with a group of 26 students and the hotel was so accommodating. In addition to serving us delicious meals (try the lemonade on the patio, it is pure heaven!), the pastry chef (pastelero) made a birthday cake for my son’s 16th birthday which we celebrated while there, and the restaurant staff came out and sang to him a Peruvian rendition of Happy Birthday. Additionally, there is a gorgeous brick oven pizza restaurant, a cafe that serves “the best milkshakes” (according to the kids, I did not try!), and select vendors on the grounds to purchase any souvenirs you can think of. As we were there for four days, two of them being during a transportation strike where we couldn’t drive anywhere, there were lots of activities to choose from on or near the grounds. Kids did a coffee tasting class, we went on a stunning hike behind the resort, and played soccer with the locals on the fields in front. Every single person in the kitchen, grounds crew, and cleaning crew were sweet and friendly and made us feel at home. Leaving that hotel was actually really hard, because I just hope that one day I’ll find my way back. I’ve never had that reaction to any place before, but when you wake up in the morning and all is quiet, and the mist is settled down over the mountains, you’ll know why. Thank you to the lovely manager, and especially to the waitstaff and kitchen crew for being such lovely hosts and creating the absolute best experience for our group. We are grateful.

Sonesta provided a beautiful and comfortable stay for our time in Sacred Valley. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and balcony refreshing. The coffee shop made a delicious latte, the pizzeria used delightful Andean cheese, and the main restaurant prepared excellent dinner. Breakfast was partially made to order amd partially a buffet, offering waffles, fruits, eggs, juice, etc. The hotel grounds are full of beautiful flowers, and has lots of open spaces.

Relaxed quite hotel down Sacred Valley. Excellent food options on sight great Pisco Sour. We only stayed one night but wish we had returned after visiting Machu Picchu as it is at a much lower altitude than Cusco

This is really the most incredible stay you can find in Peru, it is truly magical. The views are breathtaking, there is a whole venue for you to explore while there and the restaurant is extremely accommodating. We arrived at 11pm and woke up as early as 5 and were always served fresh food. In addition, we were here during international womens day and they brought us champagne, cookies, and hand written notes so you can tell that this stay will clearly go the extra mile to make it a 5-star experience

I can't stress enough how beautiful this hotel is. Nestled among tall green mountains makes for beautiful sunsets. The staff struggles just a little bit with English but that didn't bother us because it meant that they hired local to the valley.

We had such a great time at this resort. Maria, made sure we had a good time. She taught us how to make pisco sour. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

This really is a nice place, in fact; it’s an oasis. Beautifully surrounded by lush bougainvillea, immaculate gardens and welcomed by warm ethic tea. The employees were more than gracious to help and quick to avert a room key problem. The rooms are delightfully large, beautiful bathrooms, nice closets, sitting areas and of course a safe. The rooms and the hotel was very clean and very hospitable, moreover; there’s a very nice bar in the lobby along with several other eateries. I’d stay there again. Exceptional and well maintained. Excellent job.

Beautiful hotel, came for a wedding organized by the hotel. It's a bit far from everything but they have several restaurants and tour guides. Great if you want to relax. You can see the peak of Mt. San Juan from the hotel.
