Paragliding Cusco Perú Apu Wayra

Una experiencia única, es inexplicable poder expresar lo que se siente. No es nada para asustarte una vez que despegas, la pasas muy buen. La agencia muy buena, con wxcelente servicio y atención.

Súper recomendado. Nos recogieron puntualitos del hotel en Cusco, nos explicaron cómo sería el trayecto y siempre estuvieron pendientes. Al llegar al lugar de la actividad nos ofrecieron un matecito, súper amables. Hay que esperar un poquito para el salto, que depende de cuántas personas haya en el grupo y las condiciones del viento.
En pleno vuelo me maree un poco, pero el instructor fue muy amable. Sugerencia: tener buena condición física e ir bien abrigadito, bendita mascarilla que evitó que se me rajara la cara por el viento. La experiencia es increíble. Llevar gopro o dinerito extra para que te alquilen una, pero te dan una memoria nueva con tu video, incluso te muestran tu video en la oficina para que lo chequees.

Es una experiencia que no te puedes perder. El personal de Paragliding muy profesional y con un trato muy cercano y personalizado. ¡Atrevanse a sobrevolar el valle sagrado de los Incas!

El valle de urquillos

I booked the paragliding for my 30. Birthday and invited a friend. When I reserved they gave me a discount for my Birthday which was really kind. I mentioned that I really want to fly at the same time for awesome pictures with my best friend (I saw beautiful photos on their homepage). At the phone he told me that we can do that, of course. The flight should be 10-20 minutes depending the conditions.

As we arrived, I didn't have the feeling that anybody is informed. Nobody congratulated me, we head to the place to fly, got ready for the flight separately with our flight attendants. So I mentioned that its my birthday and I would like to fly together.

We had to wait for good wind conditions and because the sky was really cloudy so that we couldn't see anything. And suddenly (while I was still talking to my family on the phone) the flight attendant of my best friend, gave instructions to run and to fly into the cloudy sky.

I was really irritated ... and asked why we didn't fly together and my flight attendant just responded that the wind was fine for one person and she is lighter than me :D
I could fly 15 minutes later while my bestie waited down there.

In the end:
- we flied separately and don't have any fotos together (even though we wanted to fly together)
- each of us just flied 7-8 minutes (even though the conditions were really good according to our flight attendants?).
- we didn't wait till the clouds pass by to have a wonderful picture from the mountain
- They even didn't take any fotos of me while flying, just of my bestie ( I think they just forgot)
- The Procam for a video is not installed on the helmet like I supposed, but you have to hold it with a selfiestick while flying. I recommend not to do that, because in these 7-8 minutes I was more occupied to hold the selfie stick in a good position than to enjoy my flight.
- and .... it's just a little hill. If you like adrenalin, it won't be something thrilling..

The flight attendants were nice and I felt secure, but this activity was not what I expected and I won't do it again.
