Casa Andina Premium Valle Sagrado Hotel & Villas

This hotel is very well maintained and has a lot of special touches like spaces to relax and alpaca feeding! The service was very friendly and the food was good. Only thing I would alter is the flute player was quite loud at dinner and would go up to each table after he finished a song and try to sell his CD. Very supportive of having a local artist but i was dreading having someone coming up asking for money in the middle of dinner…. Also, the service in the restaurant was not great. Delays to be seated and getting the bill.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of the Sacred Valley. Beautiful facility with tons of green areas and overall a very relaxing environment. It is the perfect family hotel that has something to offer to everyone and at all ages. You will have so many options from movie under the stars, hammocks, fire pit with friends, among others. The food is delicious and quite a nice buffet breakfast with a variety of options. The staff is always smiling and willing to help. Definitely will go back with my family.

We stayed at Casa Andina for three nights during our trip to Peru. It is about 20 minutes from Urubamba and Ollantaytambo by taxi. It is a very comfortable and luxurious place to get yourself acclimated to altitude before hiking the Inka trail. The hotel itself offers many activities such as feeding baby alpacas, bonfire nights with happy hour beer and burgers, lots of shopping for local souvenirs and trinkets, hammocks, and lots of outdoor space to walk and relax. There is no pool and the gym is small with older equipment and no yoga mats. The food is great but the menu never changes so you may quickly get bored with the options. Service staff are AMAZING - huge thanks to Sol, Yani, Javier, and Veronika for going above and beyond. Sol and Yani surprised me with a rose on International Women’s Day and even took pictures with me - very sweet. Javier was always present and ready to help us with anything we needed such as finding a taxi for dinner, recommending places to eat, and assisting with our luggage. Veronika provided great service to us during lunch where we felt really welcomed. The breakfast is always great but if you want omelets and there is no chef at the omelet station, it takes a long time to receive your order. We experienced this for two of the 3 days we stayed. Overall, loved the resort and experience and will recommend highly for anyone visiting Sacred Valley!

Great hotel in Sacred Valley. Good food and great service. Porter will help you with your luggage to you room which can be quite a walk from lobby. The breakfast spread is fantastic and our dinner at the hotel was also very good.

I love the welcome cake in my room on my first day! It was delicious! Great place to stay before going to Machu Picchu!

Very good hotel with a wide area, big garden, spa, alpacas which you can always pad. They have very good food and drinks but note they are on the more expensive side.

We loved the clean, attractive facilities and great service. Their breakfasts are fantastic. Place is surrounded by nature and mountains. We had the matrimonial room and it was a great. The only issue we had was the room was too cold as the heater was not efficient enough. But overall, a highly recommended stay at Peru.

If you're fond of nature and at the same time relaxation, this hotel is a must. Surrounded by green areas, a great spa and a variety of Peruvian dishes.

My friends and I stayed at Casa Andina and had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend. It was high quality service, everyone was extremely polite and very accommodating. We did get massages and they were worth every penny, we were all very relaxed. We did get pay extra to experience the jacuzzi and sauna. However, we were only were allowed this experience for one hour and did not get to the saunas which was very unfortunate. The drinks were also incredible however unfortunately the bar service was slow due to only one amazing bartender. This was not a deal breaker, we kept ourselves occupied with the Lamas and other things available. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel, it was a wonderful experience.

The best hotel experience ever!
We couldn’t be more happy with our stay in casa Andina. We went for a few days and felt home from the first day onwards.

Never experienced such welcoming, warm and friendly people who were never short of a smile and a friendly chat. The hotel is superb but what is even more exceptional is the staff.
Starting at the reception with Waldir, Enrique, Rocky Victor, Javier & Mateus ; Eliana, Alvaro & Sandra in the restaurant (which btw is delicious), Jesus who is taking care of the gorgeous baby alpacas and Milagros & Maria in the spa with whom we have experienced the best massage treatments ever!

All in all grateful that we met such wonderful people. We’ll be coming back!

Beautiful hotel! Great service!!
Our villa looked really nice! Our kids loved seeing the 3 alpacas every day. We got to feed them at 12pm and 4pm.
There's a option to order a bonfire , which was great.
There's also a playground for kids to play.
Breakfast was included a la carte, maybe bc it's off season- it was good.

If you are not a hotel guest, you can buy a breakfast buffet with an offer 2 for 1. Good price for two people. Excellent service and delicious food. After breakfast you can get a nap on the hammocks.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is very close to the Ollantaytambo train station, The breakfast has very options to enjoy. The rooms are very cozy with an excellent view.

Nice hotel. Love the lobby and bar area. Female bartender makes an incredible passion fruit pisco sour. Rooms were clean and pretty.

A beautiful hotel. The amenities were wonderful. It’s conveniently located and the staff was wonderful. I’d particularly like to note how great Margot our waitress was. She was so pleasant and charming. Just really a delight.
