Just excellent all round! I sent a message Sunday afternoon, looking to get a quote on a loft bed for my 14 year old son. I was not expecting a reply, but wanted to reach out so we could get an answer from them Monday (hopefully).

They responded immediately, give me a very good quote, and the bed is in position, built and ready to go, as I write this Friday afternoon! It's the perfect colour, well built, and the mattress fit is spot on.
