Great hotel, lots of entertainment for adults and kids. Staff are kind and helpful. The whole hotel is kept super clean and tidy. Beach is nice and clean (lovely black sand) little stony at entering but soft sand after. Lots of food choices, but if you want to get to the speciality restaurants, you need to queue earlier, then opening as 1st comes 1st serves.

No hot water in the rooms! But the room was clean. The grounds were clean. Good pools. Right on the beach which was fun. I wish they provided more traditional Panamanian food options in the buffet. Their efforts to create American food wasn't great. Overall we had a great experience. I would recommend this place. Just know if you don't book at the towers you won't have access to the big pool/lake.

Fun pools for everyone. Swim up bar. Poolside side snack bar, in between meals. Great happy staff for fun activities. Clean fresh food at the buffet, great variety.

Went to this resort with a group of 12 family members. The rooms were simple, 2 queen beds, a tv, a desk, 2 chairs and a table. There were 2 toddlers in our group and there were no refrigerators in our room however once we brought it to their attention they brought us small refrigerators with in 30 mins. The pools were very nice, one pool was more for kids, had a kid area and about 4 slides. The other pool had a swim up bar, a volley ball Net and soccer net. They have activities every day such as zumba in the pool and water polo and at night, shows for kids to participate in. The resort is also beach front and they have a variety of water activities to do. Lastly, the food and drinks were delicious! Every meal was different, there were many options at the buffet. My family and I really enjoyed it. I would go back and also recommend this resort.

Well I do like to stay at this resort every time I go there. Why? The people is nice, the food and drink are delicious. The shows at night are good, plus the club that they have uff is so nice and the bars and casino everything is good. I wish I could buy a property inside the resort. Well if you don’t know they have house or apartments for sell inside the resort. If you go alone you will meet good people here no doubt. They also have tours around the area. Hope you have good vacation.

It is a large all inclusive resort with a wide variety of pools, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Most speak Spanish and English. The rooms are large, clean and modern. It has a fun and festive atmosphere.

You will not regret this decision. Amazing trip with a lot of activities to keep you going or downtime if that is all your looking for. Not much about this trip that I could complain about which makes it far better. Make sure you order a SakoBlue. WOW! Just watch out because you may have a few and not realize you cannot find your room :)

Food was awesome and plentiful and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and nice.

Take a day trip to the city and see the canals as well. you have to do that when your in Panama. you won't regret it. Thing is with this country is that it is very safe. Unlike Cuba etc.. if you were to drop lets say a twenty dollar bill.. a local would pick it up and tap you on the shoulder and tell you that you dropped it. You can't get much better than that!

I have much more of the world to see yet, but cannot wait to go back!

Great place to stay, specially for family trips, nice rooms, food is awesome. Licors are not good quality but for the all inclusive experience is OK.

Beautiful beach and nice location. I was staying in Playa Blanca Beach resort from April 8th to 15th. It was safe and relaxing for me. The location of the hotel is convenient. It's located approximately 10 mins from the airport which is a big bonus. The check-in was very quick. The room was always clean and the towels were changed on the daily basis as well as the shampoo with lotion and fill up the bar. There were no issues with beach towels. I read the reviews before I came to the hotel. None of them were true for me during this stay. The staff speaks English enough!! to serve you professionally and understand what you need. The official language is Spanish not English! If people are lazy to learn some simple words in official language of the country they are coming to, then use the translator on your phone or tablet. The hotel has WiFi. The food was tasty and fresh and the fruits are so juicy. The fruits here were even better than I tried on other places(for example Costa Rica). The beach is big and clean with dark sand. Different beauty. And lots of space even if there are lots of people at the hotel. Thank you very much Dina, Jose S. And Naikelly (I apologize if I did not write the names correctly) for the great service in the buffet restaurant. Very professional and attentive and always with the smile. Big Thank you to Sunwing Representative Jose for big amount of interesting facts and information and tour suggestions. You are very helpful and provide very useful information. For me it was pretty knowledgeable as it was my first time in Panama. Thank you Daniel in Nexus center for finding solutions. There is more variety of excursions at the hotel than on Sunwing website. It's better to speak with Jose at the hotel if you want to take any excursions as the variety is bigger. The salt water pool is very quiet place during the week (did not visit on weekend). It is nice to stay there and relax. The food is very tasty and huge portion. It's better to share. The service is very pleasant. In general The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Security is around at all time even on the beach. The entertainment is interesting and the staff is keeping the guests entertained. I did not participate but I was watching from a side. As for single stay it is very nice and safe hotel for me. I'm glad that I got the opportunity to visit Playa Blanca. Hopefully, I can have my another vacation here in the future. Thank you much!!!

Awesome resort, the suits at the Town Center were fabulous. All the staff was friendly. The room always clean. A cool place to enjoy yourself and getaway from the daily basis.

A great resort for families.....waterslides at the pool, smaller resort, great beach, and a short walk to another pool with waterslides.
