A very tasty breakfast with latte for a low price. Lovely place!

They make their coffees superbly. Barista quality. Great flavor. Good to great atmosphere. Could use more outdoor seating areas. Food was top notch. Jansen coffee shop about 3 miles out of town was way more beutiful but coffee was not as good and not much for food.

What a quaint and welcoming atmosphere! I totally loved it ❤! The staff is excellent and friendly. Highly recommend. We will stop by for a glass of 🍷 next!

Nice place with great coffee choices, had croquettes and a filet mignon with a nice mushroom sauce. All food was excellent at very reasonable prices.

The food here is excellent! We had eggplant, wings , croquettes and Manchego cheese with olives.
We visited restaurants from Panama City to Volcan and the food was better than many of the high-end restaurants I’ve had in the United States. Staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable for tourists.

Excellent burgers I've not had anything else because they're so good I keep having another one. Enjoyable place to visit my wife and I both like stopping here when we are in Vulcan. My wife wants me to mention the bathrooms are always very clean as well.

I got dropped off here by the fellow who was going to do some work on my truck.

The work took longer than I had expected, and I ended up occupying that seat for three hours. The place specializes in some incredible coffee, but I'm just now (honestly a little late, but better than never) acquiring a taste for coffee, and I really wanted some iced tea.

The rub was that while they have an excellent tea selection, they serve it hot. The very gracious waitress made me a class, got things good and cold, and brought it with my breakfast. She thought ahead, made some more, and had it ready when I sheepishly asked for another glass. I was shocked that it was ready, and came out immediately.

Bottom line, they put up with me for a long time, never complained, and always showed up with a smile.

Needless to say, I am now their loyal customer!

Maybe the best Espresso in Panama ?

By far one of the best coffees and croissants we've had anywhere! While for a couple days in Volcan with our family, we went to Black Mountain for breakfast. They indicated that the croissants were being baked and it would take a few more minutes. We had our coffees and chais and right after the croissants made their grand entrance, just the best ever. Highly recommended!

Foods great, coffee it's good

Delicious coffee, bread & baked goods! We've had dinner here a couple times and have been delighted with the well cooked, and reasonably priced, selections.

Crossiants!!! They serve a variety of coffee drinks made with their home grown coffee beans. Top shelf liquors and excellent wine selections . Service is lacking and they never greet you or thank you for coming. Always have to ask forsalt and pepper, water and napkins. Generally good but could be great with a little effort.

The place is very simple yet pleasant and clean.

Food is outstanding; super delicious and the portion sizes are very good; big enough for hearty eaters.

My recommendations: Black Mountain Hamburguer and Black Mountain Coffe dessert.

It's hard to get a good steak in the Boquete/Chiriqui area, but a trip up the mountain to Vulcan is worth the ride for the best fillet we've had in Panama. Perfectly cooked, presented beautifully and served in the atmosphere of an old-time coffee house. If you are in the market for a delicious meal, reasonably priced, give them a try!

Best Coffee in town. This is a great place to go alone or with friends. friendly staff and good food. Freshly baked shelf with delicious treats.

Lovely cafe/dining room with excellent coffee and staff. We ended up eating here 3 times in 24 hours because it was actually open! Brunch was excellent and so was the filet mignon, and the tempranillo

My favorite place in Volcan . With a great view and great food. Dont miss to try the worldwide famous Geisha coffee and the spanish tortilla,altough everything is delicious. Volcan city is 70 kms away from David city up in the mountains . A must if you visit Panama .
