Deliciously prepared food, all of the greens are from Patricia's garden. Beautifully presented. Homemade ricotta was delicious, eggplant was perfect and trout was also perfect. Do it miss this restaurant!

This place is magic. Menu is offered according season. Patricia Miranda, owner and chef, assist you personally with all recommendations. All ingredients are fresh from the backyard and carefully chosen. Fully recommended!

What a great restaurant! We had lunch on Friday and everything was perfect. The chef came to our table and explained everything on the menu in detail ( small, but with something for everyone.) The most tender beef I’ve ever had since living in Panamá and some of the freshest produce ( especially the best tasting tomatoes, ever ! I raved so much about the tomatoes that the chef gave me one to take home-Thank you, Chef!)
Charming ambience,too. Can’t wait until my next visit!

Best restaurant in the world. The freshest Organic salads I have ever tried, I doubt there will be another cutting edge restaurant in Panama like this one. You ALWAYS want to go back over and over again. Salud!

Patricia at Cerro Brujo is a world class gourmet chef who loves cooking and sources the best local organic vegetables. My wife and I had the most spectacular plant based meal that started with a roasted, seasoned-to-perfection eggplant that melted in the mouth, followed by a delicate salad of the highest order. Then we were served a delectable pumpkin soup with a dill puree. Our main course was an amazing, heavenly Tamale with banana blossom, with delicious sides of roasted multi-colored carrots and exotic palm flowers and sweet plantain. Dessert was a fantastic coconut sorbet, topped with amazing preserved figs. This over a gently paced hour and a half on her peaceful balcony overlooking gardens and countryside. We were in culinary heaven! This restaurant is worth a pilgrimage to the western highlands of Panama.
(prices for appetizers range from $8 - $10 and main courses from $13 - $15; anywhere else in the world these would be double for such fine dining!)

I'm looking for the 6th star... Phenomenal chef with a passion for fresh and natural. Patricia Miranda is what I want to be if I were a serious chef still. Her use of textures and smells match her talent in culinary creations. Everything, from plating to presentation and a savory delight in every fork and spoonful. Excelente, simplemente es un restaurante que aparte de brindar un servicio de alimentos y bebidas, se ocupa de desarrollar actividades de índole social, aportando con su basta experiencia, conocimientos tanto a la comunidad con proyectos como volcán verde integral y los proyectos de índole escolar, para enseñar la preparación de comida saludable, sostenible para las presentes y futuras generaciones. Lo cual es importante por las tendencias actuales de una alimentación más sana y en la cual Cerro Brujo es un icono de esta calidad, dado que posee su huerto orgánico y genera alimentos a partir de el apoyo de pequeños productores con materia prima denominada "kilómetro cero"
