It was very good experience, hotel service is good and very cooperative. Our stay was comfortable , food is also very good.

Hotel is very nice. Good hospitality and the view from the 15th floor sky lodge was very nice. Good place to relax and chill.

The ambiance of the restaurant was excellent for a relaxing night out with my family. The service was consistent throughout my stay. The food was particularly extraordinary that I would highly recommend!

Spent 9 days in this hotel, everything was amazing. Excellent service, clean and modern rooms. Staffs are very kind and humble. Nice, beautiful and peaceful environment with good services. Views from top at night is something else.

P.S.: We chose the apartment suite and it was one of the best choices in the entire trip. Sufficient space with 3 rooms, 3 washrooms and a kitchenette, for a family of 6.

We had such a fantastic stay!! We decided to stay further away from the Thamel area because we wanted our stay to be more peaceful and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautiful with a rooftop bar with great views of the surrounding mountains. All the food we ate was delicious, especially the breakfast (fresh watermelon juice, fresh fruits, mushrooms, eggs, and an amazing cappuccino). This was the highlight of our day!! But even more importantly, the staff was unbelievably kind and catering. From the airport pick up to the speedy service when we needed toilet paper or shampoo, we couldn’t have asked for better hotel staff. The staff in the restaurant (especially Sagst Basnet) and at the front desk (Alina and Bhagwan) were all so amazing ❤ we can’t wait to visit Kathmandu again!

The view from 11th floor where my room was located was beautiful.well facilitated room and food was very good .staff were friendly towards us had peaceful night and sound sleep.

Reception staff were excellent, and extremely helpful. Also clean rooms, good service in general. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Smiles everywhere.

The rooms are very clean, quiet and worth for the pay. The staff is very courteous, kind and very willing to help. They also provided me a takeaway breakfast and hired a cab and ensured he picked me I time. They went beyond their call of duty by exchanging money as I did not have local currency. Wow! Def a hotel I would love to revisit.

I am in general very fond of Kathmandu hotels. But this one exceeded all the expectations! I am back to Kathmandu after two years due to COVID and I did not have high expectations. But I was wrong! This is probably the best hotel in Kathmandu I have ever stayed! The staff are super helpful and always greeting you with smile. The rooms are specious and super clean. Probably there were very few guests in the hotel, so they did not have the buffet breakfast. But the menu they had and served for breakfast was adequate and delicious. They have an excellent gym. Definitely I am coming back to this place.

Stayed here for 9 nights with family in the 3 bedroom apartment. was a fantastic experience. The staff in every section of the hotel were amazing.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of both western and local food. It changed each day, which was refreshing..importantly, they had lots of healthy options. I find many buffets are just packed with cheap carbs. This buffet was the opposite. High quality food such as grilled tomatoes, vegetables, fruit, and plenty of local dishes.

The room was clean and had all the luxuries you would expect.

Overall, a wonderful experience.

It's a nice hotel in medium budget. Food is also very tasty except Nepali traditional thali. Rooms are also very clean and hygienic. Behaviour of F&B staffs are very good.

I am visiting from the United States.My experience at this hotel was above and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely helpful, caring, and professional. If I ever come back to Kathmandu I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nepal. Kabin was especially hospitable and nice which made my vacation so much more memorable.

Excellent service, clean and modern rooms. A dream for any backpacker coming back from the mountains. The area around the hotel is also interesting and has a good local feel to it.
