Nice walk to get here and an amazing experience once here. Busy monastery with 75 boys attending school and 300 nuns and more monks. You can stay and eat here. Make sure you donate generously.

C'est un lieu magique qui, je l'espère, gardera de sa splendeur et de son mystère et résistera au tourisme. Touristes, ne soyez pas imposants et faites vous discrets, ici vit une communauté bouddhiste d'une extrême gentillesse qui n'osera pas refuser vos demandes : à vous de ne pas heurter leur intimité et de ne pas entrer dans les bâtiments sans qu'on ne vous l'autorise.

Pour ma part, des moines nous ont invité, sourire aux lèvres, à boire un de ces fameux thés au lait de riz. J'en garde un souvenir indélébile, la vue est incroyable, le dépaysement est total. Je ne peux que recommander en vous incitant à ne pas dépasser certaines limites.
