Excellent service, clean rooms. We stayed for a week, and the staff were attentive to our needs and preference for food / hot drinks. They made our stay very welcoming.

During my stay at hotel, the room surpassed expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and stunning views. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant offered a culinary delight. From the diverse menu options to the attentive service, each dining experience was a gastronomic adventure. Welcoming atmosphere elevated my overall stay, making it an unforgettable blend of comfort and culinary excellence.

"It's a good resting place with peaceful vibes. The food is tasteful as soon as you put it in your mouth, and it's fresh too. The room is decently clean, and getting one with a balcony facing east for sunrise adds to the experience. The staff are well-mannered and trained. I would like to especially thank PAWAN RAJBANSI for the morning breakfast service; he deserves a big fat A."

We had stayed during our visit to Pathivara ( we are traveling from London to pathivara). The food was good and the staff were very polite and helpful Hotel was nice However we were little bit disappointed because of manager. He was little bit rude. May needs some more hospitality training.

Fast service organic natural flavour on every kind of meal which we ordered coz organic place called ilam.only to update is hot water. I feel that m living in 5 star. Thank you for your great assistance. Room no 501 and 502 costumer.

Hotel location is good . Stayed for one night…go for balcony views place room .. hotel all staff are very friendly and helpful. 5 star for hotel staff members.breakfast is very good. Overall it was good experience.

Came here late at night looking for a hotel, luckily they had rooms available. The atmosphere, the room layout and amenities in the rooms were amazing. The service in the restaurant from Pawan and his colleagues were amazing. Looking farward to my next visit already.

It was fun here good hospitality good vibes good food and nice environment. staffs where so humble and polite in fact i would like to mention the name of the to whom you can deal with kamal basnet, pawan rajbanshi and roshani siwa thanks to them for making our trip special
