We lopen hier altijd wel even binnen als we in Bussum zijn. Afgelopen zaterdag zijn we ontzettend goed geholpen door een mee-denkende medewerkster, die op eigen initiatief voor ons navraag deed en en een oplossing bedacht. Hulde!

Kon bij de Xenos in Huizen geen lijmstiften krijgen voor mijn lijmpistool, Ik heb daarom naar Xenos in Bussum gebeld of ze daar op voorraad waren. Ondanks dat het een zeer drukke zaterdag spits was heeft hij toch in de geleverde goederen gekeken en mij teruggebeld dat de 20 zakjes lijmstiften bij de kassa voor mij klaar lagen. Ondanks dat ik nog nimmer in deze vestiging geweest was. Perfecte services !!! Nogmaals dank!!

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Iets wat bij deze xenos gewoon opvalt. Je zou hierdoor vaker willen komen. Betekent dus dat het aanname beleid goed in orde is. De leiding geeft hierin het goede voorbeeld. Vooral zo doorgaan.
