I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Muscle Meat, specifically Oliver and Deena!
Due to a delivery problem with Trunkrs, my order didn’t arrive on the day it was meant to. The very next day (without any issue whatsoever) a replacement order was sent out and delivered that same evening - along with my original order which had gone to another resident in our building. After a phone call to Muscle Meat explaining I now had 2 orders, I was told I could keep any items from my original order that hadn’t ’spoiled’.
Not only are their products amazing quality with a price to match, but the customer service is outstanding!

I've been a customer for sometime now and I have to say that the food is delicious, the customer service is super friendly and helpful. There were able to accommodate my special situation to deliver it on Monday (when they usually don't)

With the Macro's clearly listed on the packaging, it's easier to know how much one is consuming if they are keeping track of their calorie intake and other macros.

I have now been ordering with Muscle Meat for a couple of years. Ever since my first order I haven't looked back, and have not bought meat at the supermarket. They have great quality meats, and a wide assortment that they keep updating and expanding. Their prices are very good (on par with supermarkets, but for way better quality products), and they deliver quickly.
In all those years have only had to contact the customer service once, and was pleasantly surprised at how quick and friendly they helped me out.
I keep recommending them to all my friends, it was about time I started recommending them on here as well!

Being a customer for over 2 years now I did feel the need to wright a review after finishing this months order.

I'll start by summoning up what have been for me the fields where musclemeat scores the most points on.

There's no negative points that need to be highlighted really. Whenever a problem occurs Musclemeat will do it's very best to solve it for both you and future customers.

Only thing better than their products is the customer support. Received my package a day later because of PostNL and that lead to some items being unfrozen. Got a reply on the same day, even after closing hours and on the next day the items were re-shipped, although they were not obliged to. Definitely a must try!
