Even though there was some issue with my contract to switch from the old number to the new number from the T-mobile website, the gentlemen working there did their best to help me. Some time ago came to the shop in an extreme situation and needed urgent help. The shop was pretty busy, but the workers clearly do their absolute best to assist you! Today had to come again for other issue, and again, was helped fast, efficiently and politely! Every visit employees produced a great impression, also had contact with customer service on the telephone a couple of times, specialists speak english as well, and are truly friendly!
