I am always pleased with the customer service in this shop! Since moving here a year ago, it has been so nice to have the shop close by and every time I have even the simplest question, the representatives are super super helpful. Yesterday was the same! I was in and out within 10 minutes. It was spectacular to run an errand and have it completed so easily.

I went today at the Odido Shop here in Wageningen and Maik gave a 5 star service.As an ex customer service agent got one of the best services ever.Through explaining each question that I asked or giving his advice on differemt products would proudly say that I’m happy that I had Maik as 1st impresion of Odido company.An advice for the management,reward Maik with a well deserved bonus not only for the way he approach to clients but even for the way he gives his best on supporting whoever enters the shop.

Usually going to a mobile provider store and getting a plan set up is tedious and I always feel like I'm getting ripped off. Not here though! People here are extremely friendly, helpful and honest. They explained everything with great detail and clarity. I had a new phone number in no time and enjoyed my time at the store. Cannot recommend enough! :)

This is the best T-Mobile (or any phone brand) store I've ever been to! The people are so helpful and fix my problems immediately and happily. Today, I cleared an hour out of my work schedule to go to T-Mobile and I was in and out in 5 minutes!! A totally different (and great experience) compared to what I'm used to from typical phone stores.

Excellent service from the staff. They answered all my questions and were transparent about everything. No hidden costs, plus the best deals in the Netherlands. I am a ‘creature of habit’ and do not easily switch from service providers, but I am happy I changed from Vodafone to T-Mobile. I could only do so with the information from the staff, and after being on a T-Mobile contract for a month now I am still happy with my decision. The phone works excellently; mobile number transfer was quick with no issues; costs has been as agreed; no network issues experienced to date.
