Bought my bike here and service has been good throughout the years. The guy doesn't speak a lick of English, but he's quick and prices are fair.

We rented bikes here. The owner was very courteous and helpful, outfitting each of the 8 of us with bikes that matched our height. Good price, good bikes, and overall a great experience! We biked to a nearby national park and enjoyed both the journey and the park. None of us had bike issues

Some very bad reviews here but I had a very good experience - my bike was fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price, couldn't ask for more.

Friendly owner, fast service and he continues to be cheeper than other bikeshops! Never had any complaints

Al tweede keer heb ik mijn fiets bij Bike Shop laten repareren en ben ik weer zeer tevreden over het resultaat, de prijs, de snelle service en voornamelijk de persoonlijke benadering. Mijn budget was beperkt terwijl de fiets meerdere mankementen vertoonde die het fietsen aanzienlijk minder plezierig maakten. Ik vroeg om een gedeeltelijke oplossing dat de toestand van de fiets zou kunnen verbeteren maar tegelijkertijd binnen mijn budget zou kunnen passen. Toen ik hetzelfde verhaal bij een fietsenmaker in Bennekom had verteld was de prijsindicatie meer dan €200. Het uitstellen van minder dringende reparaties vonden ze geen goede optie. Bij Bike Shop is mijn probleem snel en effectief opgelost: ik kan weer genieten van een licht en geluidloos lopende fiets binnen het bedrag dat ik bereid was om uit te geven.

2 weken geleden m'n band laten plakken en 'n spaak in m'n fiets laten zetten (die was er uit). M'n fiets doet het nog steeds en dat voor een goede prijs. Dankjewel!

Ze zijn bij mij snel en goed, en geen klachten de komende tijd .

Goede service en goed geholpen bij het kopen van een fiets.

Goede service voor weinig geld. Mijn fiets rijdt weer heerlijk na het laten vervangen van een aantal onderdelen. Mijn licht was als extra service gratis gemaakt. Erg tevreden!

Fijne eigenaar, alhoewel een collega het niet kon laten mijn vriendin te cat-callen toen ik er niet was.

I bought a second-hand bike and he assured me that every piece was new. Turns out that the tires were not new but just repaired, and the light was also broken. I had to insist a lot to have it changed as he didn't want to.

Super unprofessional. They sell me the wrong size of tire. And when I asked if I can borrow a tool to fix by myself as I also did he rejected. The tire is also overpriced

After he repaired my bike I kindly asked what he did, what was the problem. Very aggressively he replied that I paid too little to deserve an answer (I paid what he asked for), and every second of his time has a price so he would not explained me what he did. Apart of that, he said I should be happy that my bike works and I should never come back to his store. All this screaming for not reason.
I think what he did is unacceptable, and asking what he repaired is a fair question and definitely not a reason to be treated it that way. Bad experience and I feel now unsafe in my bike.

Update of my previous review. The problems with the secondhand bike that I bought at Bike Shop were fixed by another bicycle repair shop. The rattling noise was fixed by simply tightening the chain. The other issues were also solved, one by replacing an overstretched cable (that according to Bike Shop should have been brand-new). These were all things that Bike Shop said I shouldn’t complain about. After seeing this other repair shop I am now happily and safely biking about, but it took some effort…

I bought a rather expensive second-hand bike. The quality turned out to be fairly disappointing. I went back for the 1-month service, which Bike Shop offers for secondhand bikes, and hoped for improvement. However, after this service the bike produced even more rattling noises than before. Going back again was no use. The staff made me feel very unwelcome. They literally told me I should not complain because the bike was second-hand. They told me that I took them them too much time, and thus money.

Higly not recommended bike repair shop.

Today, 20-04-2022 my 2 kids came from Nude with a bicycle which had a broken wheel. The man told to kids to push up the tyre by themselves. When kids said (in Dutch)that probably the tyre is broken, the man said to go to another place where is more personel. Not normal and unfriendly service. The kids came to repair the bycicle and to pay for a work in a result were sent away. Never ever.🤬

I can't recommend to buy a bike here, they are overprised and in a bad condition. Owner makes money on people who can't judge the conditon of the bikes and if the price is appropriate.
There is another place that sells bikes in Wageningen near the church, I recommend to go there. Fair prices and nice staff.
