Yesterday I came to the shop and was politely greeted by one of the workers. He offered me help and asked what was I looking for. In my personal opinion, this type of workers and the quality of the service they provide is one of the most important things that we miss in nowadays society. Generally speaking, I was hugely impressed.

He also introduced me to the 3D scan system and showed me how the feet prints are made, so I was able to make my own without any trouble and didn't have to pay for it. This is how I've discovered that my true feet size wasn't actually 43, but 44! After all he offered me various models and showed me the "Clearance" section with the discounts.

I would definitely recommend this specific New Balance store since the customer service is at its highest level! Thank you so much and best regards!
