Similar story to the other people sharing their experience, an old lady denied any help with realizing prescription made in EU country, misleading me into believing that I won't get that medication in NL, when I told her that few times she than said yes that it's for something different. Rude and judgmental person that make this airport look bad as it goes against the law.

The elder lady at the counter was extremely rude.
When we went in, she asked us where we were living and we said the Netherlands.
She said that could help us only in dutch because we live here and they speak dutch, ridiculous!!!!

When a particular drug on the prescription was not available, the main pharmacist wasn't very helpful and was pushing me to have the hotel call hospitals in the area and find out if this drug was available. I wasn't sure if they were busy or something, but didn't feel welcome to visit this place again.

The older lady at the reception is really, really rude.
